Privacy and convenience reign supreme with an immaculate bathroom, ensuring all guests feel at home. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. The home has CCTV security cameras located on the outside of the home.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.
