We’ve stayed in the development before several years ago and really liked it but we were less pleased this time. For the price paid, we expected fewer problems, which were only 1 shower operational, 1 tv nonfunctional and 1 tv which we had problems with that we solved by attaching our own Roku, and a porch gate and porch step in need of remediation. We also hoped to be given some leeway with the check out time (which had been posted) but it was not possible according to the management company and so we worked for an hour stripping beds, starting a laundry load of towels, packing up and cleaning up rather than cooking a hot breakfast. We were disappointed. The neighborhood remains very nice and beach access and roads, pet bags, and park areas are very pleasant and well maintained .

Thank you for highlighting the neighborhood, convenient beach access, pet stations, and park areas. We’re sorry that the home did not meet expectations during this stay. The shower, televisions, porch gate, and step should have been in better working order, and we’re sharing these concerns with our maintenance team for attention. I'm also sorry that a later checkout could not be accommodated this time, we do try to honor these requests as often as possible but could not adjust the housekeeping schedule on the day of your departure.

So lovely!

What a great space! The house was so comfortable, spacious, clean, and well stocked. It was the perfect holiday getaway! The hot tub was fantastic as well. Very cute area with easy access to the beach. I would love to stay here again.

Check in wasn’t straightforward. The space was relatively clean. Green moldy hot tub water. No WiFi. Zero communication from Vrbo or host other than they were sending someone to take care of the issues. They never did. My wife ended up not coming because of the issues and the fact that Vrbo nor the host were helping fix the issues. I had to stay at the place due to work, and had to use my own data since WiFi never worked.

Sugar Ant Heaven

The house itself was great. The fact that it was infested with sugar ants was absolutely gross! We had ants in all rooms of the house, and no, food was not left out. I would never stay here again.

Cute place in the neighborhood with a lovely coffee shop right across the street with amazing crêpes and chai! Lovely selection of games and puzzles in the home. Nice variety of pillows and the showers were amazing. Loved being able to bring our dogs.It was a shame we were asked to wait two hours to check in at 6 PM instead of 4 PM… Especially since half the group was already en route & had to “kill time”…and one of the bedrooms still wasn’t cleaned/flipped. They offered us 25 dinner credit per person while we waited, but not sure that was sufficient for the amount of money that we paid for the house. We asked if we could have a little more time on Sunday since the check-in was delayed, but we were told no.Some basics were missing from the kitchen, such as wrap/foil and cooking spray. We also wished there was a binder/folder of information and suggested things to do in the area as that’s been a standard at every other place we’ve stayed. There were some local yellow pages on-site though.
