The property was very spacious and as described. It was perfect for the work trip we were in town for. Location was great and has easy access to restaurants , activities and entertainment. Only suggestions would be a few updates and repairs to some lamps in the bedrooms, cleaner carpets in the bedrooms and some needed repairs to beds/frames and a few mattress replacements.

Plenty of space, everything we needed was on site. It was never too crowded and the staff we ran into were all so nice! We did leave some coffee pods and salt and pepper for the next guests!

Jacuzzi tube was unhooked and completely unusable it actually had caps over the inner motor so it probably was broken for a while. Dishwasher was broken no power. Two of the outside chairs backs were broken and ripped my girlfriends shirt as she stood up. The beach chairs in the closet were broken and unusable also we had no access to the pool towels because we rented through vrbo.

Plenty of space for family of 8, wonderful ocean view and large patio. We did have bath curtain with mold which we advised host, hopefully it will be replaced prior to next renter. Location was terrific; parking was difficult to maneuver in/out of garage with tight spaces.Although we loved property/location will probably look for different property due to parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Vista in Myrtle Beach! One thing we really loved about this property was how peaceful and family-friendly it felt compared to the busier areas of Myrtle Beach. The beachfront location was perfect with easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pools, convenient amenities, and the relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our family made great memories here. We look forward to staying at Island Vista again!

Great location for family spring break

Fantastic condo for families with kids. Easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has everything if you want to make meals in. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

Wonderful relaxing family vacation! We loved that we were so close to everything that we wanted to do, yet didn't have to deal with the typical busy Myrtle Beach crowds. Owners were fantastic and quickly answered any questions we had. Resort staff was also extremely helpful.

Great Vacation home!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was very spacious and near anything we could have needed or wanted. Brad was always available if we had questions and reaponded right away!

Great Vacation

I stayed here with 10 other people and there was plenty of room. We stayed in the off season when it was a little cold out but the pools were heated so our two toddlers still had a great time. At night they had lights and propane fire pits so we could sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean on the patio. Our group enjoyed the restaurant as well as used the gym. All and all I would recommend this stay.

The condo was spotless. Excellent corner location on 12th floor. Enough chairs on patio to accommodate 8 adults; sunrise and sunset views breathtaking! Would highly recommend.

The staff was thorough, kind, and very responsive. Had a minor plumbing issue and they had it fixed so quickly! The condo was clean, and had all the amenities promised. Very happy!

Overall we truly enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, given the time of year we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. We loved having a restaurant onsite and overall front desk was easy to work with and informative.The condo itself could use some updates- the main living area and dining seem to be the newest and we’re very well done. The kitchen had old cabinets with knobs hot glued on and often fell off. There needs to be a thorough cleaning- caulking in master shower and ?mold, hair in one of the double bedroom showers, toilets that constantly run or low power flushed, there was thick layer of what appeared to be black mold on the water spout from the fridge. And the beds seem very worn and we all felt the springs through the mattress’s. The management company texts for check ins but were slow to reply or just didn’t reply when inquiries were made. We did feel we had enough space for everyone and still had a good vacation overall.

2023 Golf trip

This property was perfect for our group. Clean, with the amenities and enough bedrooms for all of us. Kitchen was big with everything you might need to cook a meal or just warm things up. Beds and pillows were perfect for me and I am kind of particular about these things. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip.

Worth the trip

This was a great experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. One very important note - when checking in, do not tip the bellhop to "rent" one of their lobby carts. There is already a lobby cart in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Would recommend.

Family vacation

Everything was great. The only issue we came across was that we had two toddlers with is and we couldn't get the balcony doors to lock and there were a few times we needed a mop due to some spills and we didn't find one in the room. Overall satisfied and would likely stay again.
