You will be sent front door keypad code along with exact address 4 days prior to arrival.
When you arrive, push numbers that pop up on keypad to clear screen, THEN enter access code.

It's called The Funky Flamingo. It's cozy, bright, welcoming, and decorated with tranquility in mind, amidst a funky flair. We go the extra mile to make sure our home has everything you will need for a warm, safe, comfortable stay.

Our quaint, yet roomy boutique-type cottage is welcoming from the moment you enter. We host up to 4 adults over 21 years. Our living area provides a sofa sleeper, 75-inch smart TV over a linear fireplace to set the mood or add some warmth during our winter months! Kutchen seating for 4 and a fully stocked kitchen-just add your own culinary delights. Remember, May-October, every Saturday, our Farmer's Market is just 2 blocks away to stock your groceries with fresh items for the kitchen!

We also feature a fully stocked coffee/tea bar along with some fun treats!

South Shore Train Station is a walkable distance. (Re-opens late 2023)

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.
