Enter your chalet where you are greeted with pine accent walls and cathedral ceilings which pairs with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout- you will truly feel as if you have your own mountain lodge to yourselves here. Snuggle up on the cozy couch or sitting chairs and warm your toes together in front of the toasty gas faux log fireplace as you watch the snow falling outside or enjoy a movie on the massive mounted Streaming TV. The open floor plan and fun game table keeps the whole group connected as you enjoy your time together under the stars. The chef of your party will adore the newly built and fully equipped kitchen boasting all that you need to whip up your slope side snacks or home cooked holiday meals right here at the cabin including oak cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher for a breezy cleanup afterwards. Plenty of comfortable seating is available for your group to enjoy the fruits of your labor together while the breakfast island offers additional counter and prep space for any meal.

Being a single level chalet you will have quick and convenient access to the laundry room with a washer and dryer available, both equipped and modern bathrooms, and your three spacious sleeping quarters, each is made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for your vacation stay. The primary suite offers great window views, deck access, and a beautiful private bath featuring dual sinks for those busy mornings. Spacious rental but watch out for strict policies
A group of friends (and dogs) rented this cabin for Thankgiving. We had a great stay overall in the end, however be warned about the numerous policies from this place. The main warning is that they only allow you 3 hours for check-in (4p-7p) otherwise they try to charge you a $75 "late check-in fee." And the person who booked the rental has to be the one to check-in. This was a little absurd since we were traveling the day before Thanksgiving, had to work until 6p, then had a 4 hour drive in traffic. There was no way we would make it in time so I called the office weeks prior to see if they could make any adjustments and they told me it would be $75 late check-in. I also asked if I had to be the one to check-in or if a friend could since she could arrive sooner than me. They told me to check within 24 hours of check-in if it's possible. Needless to say, this isn't very accommodating and doesn't allow for people to plan ahead. In the end, they were able to do a remote check-in so I didn't have the time constraint, nor did I have to be the first to arrive. I am grateful for that, but PLEASE reconsider your guest policies, especially because this isn't shared with renters until after you've confirmed the rental booking. Additionally, a word of advice to the rental management company, I'm assuming you've had issues in the past with parties, etc. however your communications are not hospitable. Every procedure starts with bold red letters about fees, not very welcoming.

Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
