The Hillton is an unrivalled position on Long Point, overlooking Merimbula township and right round to Pambula Beach. The night time panorama is magical !
It is an easy three minute walk to Bar Beach, just perfect for little people, or equal time to Short Point, if you want a surf beach.

Two large living areas create the perfect environment for families. Upstairs the large main living space, with floor to ceiling glass to capture the outlook, contains the colourful open plan dining and living area. This spacious area flows to the outside deck. The deck overlooks the safe and enclosed backyard, see the kids playing whilst relaxing on the deck! Downstairs there is another living space, just perfect for teenagers with its own TV and lounge facilities.

The four bedrooms are delightful all with a coastal theme. There are two bedrooms upstairs (both have queen beds) and two bedrooms downstairs ( one double bedroom plus 2 singles beds in the other bedroom) all have doonas, pillows and blankets and plenty of wardrobe space.

The extremely well equipped kitchen has everything you will need and will suit the fussiest chef!
There is an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of cupboard space with a pantry. The hooded Weber BBQ is ideally located on the deck nearby.

There is off street parking with room for a small boat if reversing on a slight incline is not a problem.

The Merimbula Wharf and its fabulous restaurant is nearby. The Hillton is only a short walk to Merimbula township with its excellent shopping, restaurants and cafes and two supermarkets.

Our guests return again and again and always comment on the cleanliness of the house and how
it works so well for families. It truly has a very special ambience and the mesmerising view just adds to that feel!

PLEASE NOTE....
Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels etc. Merimbula has an excellent linen hire business.
