Eden Niu, (named after the large coconut palm, Niu), is ideal for a family stay or for a small group of friends, with 2 bedrooms featuring king beds and ocean views; the third bedroom offering 2 king single beds. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a free-standing bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs also hosts a full-sized laundry.
Upstairs boasts a huge sun filled open plan lounge with an enormous comfortable couch where you can soak in the ocean view or sit back and watch a movie on the large, flat screen smart-tv with unlimited Wi-Fi.
The well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities you require to enjoy your stay, prepare a delicious meal which you can either eat indoors at the 6-seater dining table or outside on the sun-drenched deck. There is also an electric BBQ on the deck where you can grill up a fresh catch.
Eden Niu is just a short walk from everything you need to enjoy the best Eden has to offer. Stroll to the famous Aslings Beach and visit the stunning Rock Pool, Imlay St with all its cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, visit Mary MacKillop Hall, the Killer Whale Museum, or the Welcome Centre and wander along the wharves in Snug Cove to buy fresh seafood.
With a large private driveway, you can store your fishing boat off the street or park multiple cars. There is a lockable separate garage where it is safe to store your mountain bikes and water sports equipment.
The garden is a wonder to explore; you may even be fortunate enough to spot a native bandicoot.
With so much to do and explore you can plan your visit to Eden Niu all year round, enjoy swimming and surfing at one of the numerous beaches in the warmer summer and autumn months, milder winters where you can visit the wineries and distilleries, take scenic walks, go kayaking, surfing or mountain bike on the amazing network of trails to whale watching in the Spring (September – November).
