This home is in the exclusive Golden Beach neighborhood of Venice Island, which is only a 0.5-mile walk or bike ride to the deeded beach access that is limited only to neighborhood residents and guests. This allows guests to use the private beach access which includes an outdoor shower, picnic tables, and a gazebo. (Parking is limited to residents but very close on-street parking is available for guests.) Having a private beach is a wonderful experience.
