Harbour Happiness, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, is a recently renovated Bradenton retreat that combines modern updates with spacious, comfortable living. With luxury vinyl wood flooring, new living room furnishings, and a very large open floor plan, this home is ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.

You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, inviting lounge area, and separate game room, all designed to make group time effortless and fun. The large screened pool area overlooks a lake and preserved woodland, and the extensive sun terrace with patio furniture invites long, lazy afternoons in the Florida sun. The south-facing pool features a removable child safety barrier for added peace of mind, and a full-size second refrigerator in the garage keeps extra food and beverages cold.

This home is equipped with high-speed internet and five TVs, including a TV in every bedroom, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The master suite includes a large en-suite and robe area, the front bedroom offers a queen bed, and the remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds, comfortably sleeping your group of four bedrooms.

Set inside the quiet Sabal Harbour community, Harbour Happiness places you near Bradenton's top attractions and just a short drive from the Gulf Coast beaches. Golfers will appreciate nearby Tara, River Strand, and Stoneybrook courses, while Bradenton Beach, the downtown Riverwalk, Village Arts, and Sarasota's dining and shopping are all within easy reach.

We had a great stay at this home.

The layout worked perfectly for our group, which included my family, my sister, and my parents, and it gave us plenty of space to spend time together without feeling crowded. The pool and pool table were big highlights for us. They kept everyone entertained and made it easy to relax and enjoy the house without needing to go out all the time. There was also lots of seating both inside and outside, which made it easy for everyone to gather, hang out, and enjoy the space. The hosts were very responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, we received a quick reply by text and any small issues were handled right away. That made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free. Everything was comfortable and functional, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Overall, this was a great place for a family trip. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated how easy the hosts made everything. We would definitely stay again.

Nice location and Clean

Booking the house for Our family visit to Sarasota. Located within 20 minutes from the #1 beach Siesta. Property is clean and big for our family. Nice pool Checking in and out was smooth. Will visit again in the future.

Golf trip

The house was perfect for us guys. We are a group of 60+ old boys who have been making a trip once a year to play golf. House was close to everything we needed. Would definitely book again in future.

This property was great! Perfect for my family. Very roomy and clean! The pool was awesome and i definitely recommend having it heated so you can swim at night. Only small complaint i had was the master bed was not comfortable but the nice, big fluffy pillows made it better. I would most definitely stay at this property again!

Overall Great Stay

The home was true to the pictures and the stay overall was great. My kids and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and the pool table. However there are a couple of upgrades that are needed. Stop buying teflon cookware. Most of the cookware was badly scratched and unuseable. Also, the water pressure needs attention in the showers. We had to call several times about the trash pickup, but the management team was unable cleared it out until our last day. Overflowing trash and Florida heat is not a kind thing. The pool was great and clean. The accommodations for my family were adequate.

Two issues on arrival. Extremely dirty pool deck - 5 days before cleaned One toilet working- 4 days before fix. Both very obvious issues which should have been dealt with prior to my arrival. The house in general is very tired with lots of cracked floor tiles. Generally tired. Once the issues were sorted, quite liveable. Good location, enjoyed our stay.

Good location let down by poor furniture in particular the beds , could do with painting inside . Short of cutlery and crockery . Not helped by 3 full rubbish bins in garage not put out for over a week , very smelly despite numerous complaints management did nothing !

All was overall good

Overall all was good but if a family like ours with 4 children is staying there should be a bare minimum of supplies left for us. There was a roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher pods. We are expected to strip the beds and start the laundry but no laundry detergent left for us. Propane gas tank at property was basically empty, we had to get a new one to be able to use the grill.

Nice but needs minor fixes

We had a pleasant stay, and overall the house was nice. I did have to clean the lanai before we could go out there. It was dirty and wasn’t cleaned before we arrived or after last people left. We messaged regarding the pool light and front entryway about not working, but never got resolved. The woodwork needs a good cleaning along with the ceramic tile. Otherwise, it was a nice house. Just needs some care.

Nice home bad maintenance

Pool pump went out on the first day. Was never repaired our entire stay. The last day the thermostat quit working, it was 83 degrees indoors before we left early. Due to the pool was now nasty and the house was HOT!!! There was no skimmer provided to help maintain pool.

Very convenient location. Overall it was ok. However lanai was dirty with dog hair all over which blows into the pool especially since pool filter wasn’t working and should not have taken 4 days to get fixed. Dog hair all over furniture. Not enough towels for all guests. No condiments such as pepper salt, napkins, coffee filters, etc. Should provide list of what is actually available in the home so renters will know what they need to bring such as a regular coffee maker, dish towels etc. Garbage left in garage and no room to place ours in the trash can. Not enough fans for all rooms or install fans in every room. Thank you
