Situé directement sur la plage de Pensacola, le 308 Ariola Drive est une maison de luxe de 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains dotée de 5 salles de bains et offrant une finition élégante, un hébergement confortable et une vue imprenable sur le golfe.

Le 308 Ariola Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Avec six lits king size, deux lits de repos et des lits superposés, cette maison pourra accueillir 16 personnes. Le niveau principal a un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Deux chambres sont également situées à ce niveau. Les quatre autres chambres sont situées à l'étage supérieur avec un deuxième salon et une deuxième cuisine.

Le nid de corbeau offre une vue encore plus étonnante sur le golfe du Mexique et le détroit de Santa Rosa! Profitez de la spacieuse terrasse couverte au niveau principal, de la terrasse au niveau supérieur et de la terrasse d'observation. Il y a même une cuisine extérieure avec eau chaude et un gril à gaz qui est bloqué du vent par un mur de verre. Deux salles de lavage, une à chaque niveau pour votre commodité. Un parking couvert est disponible pour plusieurs véhicules.

Le shuffle board est disponible du côté du golfe, au niveau du sol, de la maison. Une table de ping-pong, une planche à pagaie, un kayak, quatre vélos adultes et deux vélos pour enfants, des planches Corn Hole, des fers à cheval, des jouets pour enfants, des flotteurs et du matériel de pêche. Des chaises de plage et des tentes sont également disponibles. Les deux cuisines sont équipées d'une cafetière Keurig. Cette maison est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons des boutiques, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Pensacola Beach.

There were 11 of us and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room as well as the location being close to the ocean. Already planning another trip next year to stay again.

What would make the house better is if it had a wood or matt access to the beach like the other homes in the neighborhood. Other than that the house is awesome.

The team is very responsive, helpful and kind. It was an enjoyable walk to anything we wanted to do - the pier, restaurants/bars, church, shops, etc. The house was well stocked with games, beach toys and chairs, and the beds were amazing. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation then this place is for you!

Second Time to Stay

I do wish they would build a walkway to the beach as people in our group are in 70's and not sure they can do it next year. They provide everything you can think of.

The one thing we mention every year is it would be so nice to have a woodend walkway from the bottom patio to the beach access like they have at the house next door. Other than that we enjoy every aspect of the house. Thank you for keeping it in tip-top condition.

Beds so comfortable, very clean, multiple decks offered shade and sun with wonderful deck furniture. We used the paddle boards too. Pool was cold but by the end of the week it warmed up and I am sure it was due to being late April. So close to restaurants but far enough away from crowds. Definitely recommend!
