A plush sectional, cozy chairs, large flat-screen TV, and coastal decor create the perfect spot to gather, watch a movie, or simply relax while enjoying the ocean just beyond the sliding doors. Step outside to your private balcony with cushioned seating and a propane grill—ideal for morning coffee, sunset views, or easy beachside meals.
The kitchen is bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need—featuring crisp white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large center island with seating for five. Just beside it, the dining area seats up to seven and is perfect for family meals or late-night games, all with the Gulf as your backdrop.

Each bedroom is designed with comfort and space in mind. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a seating area with flat-screen tv, a wet bar, private bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and access to a beachfront balcony with Adirondack chairs. The second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a private bath, and access to the shared balcony with an astroturf area and two lounge chairs - perfect for sunbathing. On the lower level, there’s a bedroom with two full beds and its own bath, plus two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and one with two full beds—that share a bathroom. An elevator makes it easy to move between floors, offering added convenience for guests of all ages.

A dedicated work station keeps you productive with beach vibes, plus a laundry room with washer and dryer makes refreshing your gear easy. All linens, comforters, and towels are replaced after every stay—we take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for every guest.

The home features extras like 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 8 beach towels (please leave them after your stay). After a day in the sand, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before settling in. The ground level also has a picnic table and Adirondack chairs for relaxing outdoors.
