Nice property for a family stay

The property is a great place for a family to stay. It is clean and well maintained and has plenty of accomodations for sleeping. I would suggest supplying more cooking pots, pans and utensils.

The house was great. The living areas are separated from the sleeping areas and this was great as there were 4 baseball players and 3 adults and all had different sleeping schedules. The owners were amazing as I had booked a different property and there was a problem with the natural gas line to that property. I needed to find a replacement in just a few hours. This host went above and beyond in order to help me.

Misleading listing and dirty dishes/dishwasher upon arrival

The pictures in the listing show a hot tub, however the listing did not indicate that the hot tub was not functional. Also, upon arrival, the utensils were dirty and the dishwasher was gross.

We believe there may have been confusion with the listing photo that reflects our pool with the attached spa. - We take the cleanliness of our property seriously and use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. To ensure our high standards are being met, our cleaning team takes photos after each cleaning. We can confirm that the dishwasher was empty upon your arrival. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Mariners spring training

Great location. Great layout of the house. The listing advertises a beautiful pool with a hot tub and a slide. This was truly the number reason we booked this house. Although the pool and hot tub were very clean and available for use, we did not find out until we arrived that the hot tub and slide did not work. After reaching out to Nicole (who was amazing, and was able to get us checked in a day sooner) we were told that the hot tub was not part of the listing, and that the slide was not working. We were able to make due, and still enjoyed the house for what it had to offer and made many memories. The house was very clean, but I believe that is due to the simplicity of the house. For example, each bed had 1 bath towel for your entire stay. There were no extra washcloths in the bathrooms or hand/dish towels for the kitchen. We were there for 4 days/5nights and were only provided with 2 dishwasher pods. We ran out of garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Being a family who is traveling out of state and limited to our resources, we were bummed to have to spend money on basic living supplies. We also went to a few spring training games, and only had 4 small beach towels to take with us to sit on the lawn with, which wasn’t enough for our extended family of 8. At the end, we had to discard of all our extra belongings and groceries due to the cleaning list. I still recommend this house, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Nicole was great though!!

From the owner: "Thank you for your honest review. Regarding the hot tub, the property does not have a hot tub. I am sorry if you had assumed it did. Also, the slide is in working condition, you are referring to the water for the slide, which is not needed for the slide as the slide does not need to be wet for it to work. I will let the owner know to add more dishwasher pods and extra towels. Thank you."

Loved that we were able to check in earlier. Very easy to communicate with host. Wish there was more for kitchen appliances for making meals at home (grill, crockpots etc)
