The space
Welcome to Wee Lake Estates! We offer an amazing rental for those who want the best. As you enter the house it keeps getting better and better! Bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. You can sit on your private dock on Wee Lake located in a private community just minutes from Grand Bend Main Beach. Paddle through the adjacent river into the Pinery Provincial Park. Swim, float or paddle in our lake. Walk to beaches only 15 minutes away or drive 3 minutes to the main beach. Inside, our new and comfortable furniture is inviting. Relax on the main floor and have fun on the lower level. You won't be bored or disappointed.

Guest access
The entire house is yours. Double car garage and long double driveway. Two full floors with 2 sunrooms, back patio, and backyard all with amazing windows to allow you to soak up the view. Enjoy the outdoors with kayaks, paddleboards, floating mats, hot tub, and more! Entertainment awaits via the pool table, poker table, board games, books, television with surround sound, and more!

Other things to note
No parties. Only for guests looking for a quiet vacation. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music must be kept to a minimal volume and not disturb the neighbourhood. Nighttime swimming is prohibited. Please do not invite extra guests.

**new** Local Short Term Rental (STR) Bylaws (2023) must be adhered to:
1) 2 per room plus 2 maximum occupancy. Do not exceed guests approved.
2) Zero noise outside the property between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am
3) Park only in the designated spots. No extra cars to be parked on streets.
4) Complaints received and fines given will be the responsibility of the primary renter. This can result in eviction without refund and possible liability.
