The Space:

This property on Windsor Island has 7 cozy bedrooms and 5.5 well-maintained bathrooms. The resort has an impressive clubhouse with a beautiful pool, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, and Bedrooms 4,5,6 and 7 each have a full-size bed, a twin bed, and a shared bathroom.

Key Information for Windsor Island Resort Guests:

- Parking: Each house is allowed a maximum of four vehicles. Any improperly parked vehicles will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours, or they may be towed. All guests must be registered before check-in for the resort to allow entrance.

- Pool and Spa Heater: Request use of the heater 48 hours before check-in for an additional fee.

- Guest Requirements: Must be 21 years or older to book. Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted.



- Security: The house features a doorbell camera for security.

The stunning clubhouse has an arcade, fitness center, close by playground and mini golf. The zero-entry resort style pool has a lazy river, dual water slides, children’s splash pad and pool side bar.



Getting Around:

There are so many attractions to explore in the Kissimmee / Orlando area. Close to shopping malls and outlets, dine out in the huge selection of restaurants and of course the world famous Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5 pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.

The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



*Important Notes:*

• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.





IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address, and we are not responsible for unattended packages



🚗 Vehicle & Guest Registration Policy

To ensure safety and smooth entry during our stay, the resort enforces strict rules:

* All guests must be pre-registered, including drivers, passengers, and rideshare drop-offs (Uber, Lyft, taxi).

* Unregistered guests will not be admitted.

* 3 vehicles maximum, Park 2 cars in the main driveway, 1 in the extended driveway without blocking the sidewalk.

* Once the limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed, with no exceptions.
