Casa Roberto is the ideal holiday retreat where you can relax and soak up the spectacular waterfront views of the Wallaroo Marina.

Offering four bedrooms to accommodate the whole family, this 2 storey house also ensures comfort all year round, courtesy of its reverse cycle airconditioning system.

The ground floor encompasses an expansive open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and DeLonghi coffee machine with the convenience a high chair available if required.

A downstairs bathroom complete with bath, shower and toilet adds convenience to the lower level and the laundry area provides a front-load washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board.

All four bedrooms are situated on the upper level with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite spa bath and separate shower with an additional separate family toilet.
To keep the kids amused or for family fun, you’ll find a great upper level games room!
This entertainment area is stocked with jigsaw puzzles, board games, a pool table and an air hockey table, and features a kitchenette and double sofa bed (linen not included).

Outside, the covered barbecue area overlooks the beautiful marina and provides an ideal space for alfresco dining.

A pontoon is available for mooring your boat, go kayaking with two kayaks available for you to use, or make use of the jetski pontoon (if you have your own jetski).

The property’s garage is not available for use but ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles is provided in the driveway.
