Inside, the open-plan family, dining and kitchen area is bright, breezy, and comfortable year-round with a split system air-conditioner and a wood combustion heater for cosy winter nights (BYO firewood). A 55-inch smart TV and unlimited Starlink internet make it easy to relax or stay connected.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, includes everything you need to cook at home, plus extras like foil, gladwrap, baking paper, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, black tea, a few herbal teas, and hot chocolate. Please note the pantry is not for guest use, but there is plenty of spare cupboard space for your supplies.
Step outside to the deck with an outdoor setting, perfect for meals with a sea breeze and sunset views. There’s also a BBQ and BBQ tools for easy alfresco dining. After a beach day, rinse off under the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms – a private ensuite off the main bedroom, and a second bathroom with shower and a full-sized bath.
For extra comfort, split system air-conditioners and ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and living areas. There’s also a laundry with a front loader washing machine (laundry powder supplied), iron, and ironing board.
Families are well catered for with kids’ board games, card games, and buckets and spades ready for fun beach days.
