The Esplanade North Beach

The Esplanade North Beach is located in the private Riley Cove Estate. It is the perfect getaway where you can relax and enjoy a holiday with friends and family.

Built in 2010, the house has incredible beach front views from the very spacious open plan living space and master bedroom.

The house has four generous sized bedrooms (configurations found below) which sleeps a maximum of 13 guests (MAX of 10 adults). Other features include a large, well equipped kitchen, laundry with washing facilities, two separate toilets, shower and separate powder room, along with the ensuite (including large bath) for the master bedroom. The living room has a large leather lounge to sit back and relax looking out over the beach or watching some sport or movies on the TV. The front porch (easily accessed through the open living area and master bedroom) overlooks the beach - which is great for fishing off the rocks, particularly for some squid and crab. The Wallaroo jetty is also a great place to fish which is approximately a 10 minute drive, along with the sandy beaches of Wallaroo which is one of the few you can drive on. Garage unavailable, private use only.

Great family getaway

Stayed here for a family holiday and it was amazing! Very clean and great location. There was no need to bring anything as everything was supplied. Loved sitting on the front verandah in the mornings with a coffee. Will definitely book again!

Great weekend

What an amazing place. Plenty of room for everyone and really liked that linen was included and the beds were all made up when we arrived. Host was easy to reach and responded to all queries promptly. Highly recommend.

Stunning home & amenities

Our family gathered at the home for cake after my 70th birthday lunch in Wallaroo. The outdoor table & ample seating provided us with the perfect venue. The younger children enjoyed the proximity to the seaside & the adults enjoyed pod coffee & the lovely scenery. The family from Adelaide stayed with us & a couple of cousins for one night, there is plenty of room for three generations. Everything you need for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner has been thought of. Ample crockery & cutlery provided. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Relaxing

A superb quiet location with ocean views. Comfortable all throughout, good amenities, and close enough to shops etc. Only piece of constructive feedback was the outdoor BBQ we wanted to use was slightly dirty and had a few cockroaches, so we gave that a miss but aside from this small issue, everything else was great.

Nice getaway

We had a relaxing time, property was well facilitated. Shame the weather wasnt kinder as house is quite exposed and we couldnt use either outdoor area. but was still a nice getaway.

Perfect spot

Wonderfully appointed, spacious and spotless. A peaceful tranquil spot. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly want. Not on a sandy beach, but one not far away.

Relaxing weekend

What a terrific property! It's a great location for a South Australian getaway. The house has open plan living which is easy to relax into. Plenty of beds to choose from; three separate toilets, so it's all handy for a group holidaying together. Nearby dining is fantastic - for dinners and brunches with water views. Just lovely.

Great return to a top spot!

We returned to the property for a follow up visit and loved it just as much. Despite some sick kids which kept us home more than anticipated, it was still a great place to be. We were also very thankful to the hosts who showed us great kindness amidst illness and hospital visits!

North Beach Wallaroo Beautiful

House has great view and in perfect condition. I like all the stone floors. Table outside at sunset then inside as it got cooler. All wonderful. Liked the easy parking for boat. Just wanted to catch more fish!!!
