We followed up and checked the toilet, and it appeared to be flushing, so it didn’t seem to require immediate attention.- As for the checkout timing, our policy is to check out by 10 a.m. so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guest. Delays past this time can impact their schedule, and late checkouts may incur additional fees, especially if additional cleaning or repairs are needed.
