We had a great stay. The house was big enough for everyone to have plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts responded promptly when we had questions.

Loved the layout and space. The bedrooms were perfect especially having 2 master bedrooms. The house is very close to town also. The wildlife was amazing. We saw so many deer and turkeys. We loved the game room also. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of space in the formal dining room and the living room. We visited the casino and went tubing on the river. My brother also visited an outdoor gun range. There was ample shopping close by.

Extremely well stocked property with a wonderful responsive host. We had a few minor issues but they were fixed quickly.My grandchildren loved the cuckoo clock, toys and porch swings. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 children- 5 and under.

Such a great property to enjoy downtime with friends and teen boys! We all loved the game room, the beautiful front porch and the well stocked kitchen!

Cozy country home

We really enjoyed our 3 days spent over Christmas with extended family in this lovely country home on the hill in the North Carolina Mountains. The home offered plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a fun basement and game room and several gatherings locations both indoors and outside. The owner was great to work with too. It met all our expectations! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Bible Study / Girls weekend

The house was amazing. They had everything we needed. I had to get in touch with the property manager one tine to ask how to control the AC and they were very helpful and available. One 9f the women there said they would be coming with their family next time. It was a very peacful environment!

Amazing House !!

Our family’s Christmas at this vacation home was beyond our expectations. We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. The spacious interiors were perfect for quality time with our family and in-laws. The game room kept everyone entertained and the fire pit outside was a plus!! Cooking together in the full-equipped kitchen added a homely touch. Very clean and great location!! Highly recommended for everyone.

Ideal for Families

Great stay - weather was cold but plenty to do in the home. Teens loved the game room- the piano was an extra treat. Great selection of toys for younger kids- nice surprise.Kitchen and dining room were perfect for our large group. The kitchen includes all possible cookware and dishes you could ever need.Host was accessible and graciously responded to my couple of questions.

Very nice accommodating home however the. neighbors barking dog kept us up every night. The basement has moldy smell along with crickets inside home that were annoying. The grill had to be cleaned thoroughly before and after use. The ceiling fans were dusty.

Absolutely Perfect!

The home was beautiful and immaculate. The owners definitely put a lot of love into this home. The views were stunning, the grounds were impeccably maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could fathom. There were little toiletries in every bathroom in case you forgot anything. The beds and bedding were dreamy, everyone one of us commented on how fabulous they were. We were in town for a wedding with our family and there are numerous gathering areas to sit and visit. Multiple TV's throughout so the adults didn't have to have cartoons on repeat when we wanted to watch the news. The game room was such a wonderful plus! We wish we had had more time at the home to enjoy the beautiful al fresco table on the back porch but our schedule was tight. The wrap around porch with multiple swings and rocking chairs overlooking the pond was so relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. Multiple restaurants and shopping were 5 minutes away. We cannot recommend this beautiful retreat enough. Our hosts were WONDERFUL. Fast to communicate and respond and even kept us up to date on weather conditions we would not have been aware of.
