Propriété de montagne rénovée, surplombant le lac Hiawasse et la rivière, disposant d'une piscine chauffée (ferme en saison, selon les demandes de location, jusqu'au mois d'octobre) (légère charge supplémentaire pour le chauffage si nécessaire), de superbes vues de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur Les terrasses en béton et en bois font de cette propriété un lieu de vacances idéal. Peut accueillir un maximum de 10 personnes dans des lits avec un matelas de luxe supplémentaire à souffler. Deux ensembles de lits superposés sont recommandés pour les enfants. Serré pour 10 adultes.

Situé dans le centre, à moins d'1,5 km du centre-ville de Murphy, avec de nombreux restaurants délicieux, à 6,4 km du casino Harrah's récemment construit et à moins d'une heure de route du centre de rafting en eau vive de Nantahala Gorge avec tyroliennes. Amusement pour les 5 ans et plus.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home. Beds and pillows comfy. Household staples like dish soap and hand soap provided. Scott checked in regulary to make sure we were comfortable. Only concern is with 7 exit doors there are no safety latches for littles that they can't reach. As a parent and grand parent it always stays in the back of your head what can happen if you were sleeping. Definitely recommend the heated pool. Also the bunk room is like a hideaway in the basement and my two teenage boys were very let down to find out they were hid away downstairs away from everyone. We didn't find that out until I received the check in instructions the day before. I would definitely book and stay again. The town of Murphy is super cute and make sure to check out Yogi's for dinner. By far one of the best places we have stayed at.

Relaxing, Tranquil Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay at "Catus Cabin". The overall views and sunsets are truly amazing! The home is very nice! We grilled, swam in the private pool, hung out by the firepit, saw so much wildife, and just chilled. It was perfect! We also went into downtown Murphy, NC for some local eats and shopping. Nice place to visit!!

My family and I recently stayed at this amazing Vrbo home in Murphy, NC, and it was an unforgettable experience. This was our annual family vacation, and it was a huge success thanks to this wonderful property. The property itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. The house was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch. We loved spending time in the hot tub and the secluded pool, which provided a perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was very comfortable, with cozy beds and well-maintained furniture that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway from our busy lives, and we felt completely rejuvenated by the end of our stay. We enjoyed exploring the charming town of Murphy, which had plenty to offer. One of the highlights of our trip was the whitewater rafting adventure on the Nantahala River – it was the best we've ever experienced! Our gracious host, Scott, was incredibly responsive and helpful, easily reachable via the VRBO app, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable retreat with fantastic views and great amenities, I highly recommend this Vrbo home in Murphy, NC.

Amazing Place

This is a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the heated pool, fire pit and having our morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the lake. Lots of wildlife including a baby deer 20 feet from the porch. Communication with Scott was good. The outdoor furniture is outstanding and comfortable. We are already thinking about our next trip. The Perfect Place to Disconnect

This was a wonderful place to stay with family. Our teens and nine year old loved it. We had plenty of room in the home to have alone time from one another and more than enough activities to do with eachother. The pool and hot tub was absolutely perfect we enjoyed soaking under the sunsets and stars every night. Our host was quick to respond and considerate of our needs. The kitchen was stocked well, we didn’t have to purchase any spices at all! We took a drive to the Tallullah Gorge State Park and Helen GA to explore since we were only about an hour away. We loved our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our week at the Cactus Cabin!! Everything from the house, to the view, to the town was perfect for our getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 tweens and the house met our needs perfectly. Thank you for a great stay!! We will be back!

The views of the mountains were stunning. We also were treated to an eagle flying over the property almost daily, and a herd of 7 deer came to the neighbors in the morning and evening to eat the corn they would put out. The property was in a neighborhood with one lane roads so be sure to go slow. The house was perfect for the 5 adults and the weather warmed up so we were able to use the pool without the heater. My husband went on a charter fishing trip with an area guide and caught big stripers. We walked the Murphy Riverwalk, kayaked the river, enjoyed steak dinner at The Chop House and pizza buffet at Downtown pizza (great salad bar). We'll definitely stay here again of we come back to the area. Thank you Scott for being a great communicator and having your property on VRBO.

Visiting the new grandbaby.

We enjoyed our stay. The deck was awesome and the views even better. Not far from town and the road wasn’t bad getting there. Loved the rocking chairs and swing on the deck. Had our meals utilizing the picnic table. The walk to the lake is a little hard for a couple of them that tried it, but we didn’t come for that. Master bedroom is very nice.

House is beautiful, loved Murphy

My mom, baby Bella (mini Aussiedoodle), and I had a fantastic experience! The owner was communicative and the house had everything we needed. Being close to downtown Murphy while still enjoying some seclusion was the perfect balance. We definitely plan on coming back!

My plan was to have this be my first flip home. However, I got carried away with upgrades, fell in love with the views, and the warm feel of Murphy and it's wonderful, friendly residents. Bought my two partners out and finished the project with the quality required to eventually call it my retirement home.

Views, views, views! Also love the privacy and the pool and hottub.

The small town is so much fun (live music, etc.), don't miss a night on the town early into your trip! Have the town preacher serve you a beer and share the word at Parson's. He won't bring it up unless you do, but he has a great story and is easy to love!
