The centerpiece of this villa is its expansive courtyard garden living space, where a central swimming pool takes center stage. Here, you'll also find a fully-equipped bar, an inviting BBQ area, an al-fresco dining set, and a comfortable sala lounge. The elongated, stone-tiled swimming pool culminates in a mirror-clad wall, all surrounded by a vast travertine patio deck.

On either side of this deck, you'll discover two inviting pavilions. One houses a cozy sala pavilion with built-in sofa seating, while the other features a BBQ kitchen and bar. The lush greenery along the garden walls completes this picturesque scene.

Villa Akasha seamlessly blends its indoor and outdoor living areas. The voluminous open-plan living room, with its double vaulted ceiling, opens onto the pool deck through custom-made sliding glass walls.

It encompasses a lounge, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A cozy TV lounge, complete with a large LED TV, plush sofa, and coffee table, extends from the living room and also opens onto the pool deck.

All three bedrooms in this villa are equally indulgent. Each boasts a King-size double bed, air-conditioning, LED TV and opulent en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom suite, located adjacent to the living room, offers a spacious retreat with a sofa, coffee table, and desk. It features a high ceiling with suspended fans and opens onto the pool deck via sliding glass doors.

The en-suite bathroom is a sanctuary with a dressing room, built-in terrazzo tub, walk-in rain shower, and twin vanities. The second double bedroom, accessible from the living room, opens onto a secluded garden area at the side of the villa. It includes an outdoor sofa and connects to the main pool deck. Its en-suite bathroom features twin vanities and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the third double bedroom is a haven with a desk and settee, opening onto a glass-fronted balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Its en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
