Relax in front of the large SmartTV at the end of the day, or enjoy sunsets and sundowners from the balcony.

The complex features a lovely enclosed shared pool area, with a communal BBQ and an adjacent shaded grassy area. Beyond the pool, there is access to the Noosa River edge and a small sandy beach, perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards.

Noosa Parade leads directly to Hastings Street and Main Beach in one direction (1.9 km), and Noosaville's Gympie Terrace in the other (2kms). It is serviced by local buses that will take you around the Shire and beyond.

3/81 Noosa Parade is situated opposite Quamby Place where you will find some of Noosa's award-winning restaurants, including Wasabi, Ricky's, Rock Salt and Wood Fire Grill. There is also a convenience store and cafes. The Noosa Ferry stops here which will take you to Hastings Street and the Noosa Marina.
