Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.

>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.
>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking
>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.
>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Great location and handy to Hastings Street

Compact but quality finish and appliances. Everything we needed for our week in Noosa. Loved Little Cove beach. The hill is a workout but closer to beach means Ocean and Traffic noise. No complaints

Nice apartment.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice apartment - nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. The only problem from our perspective is the walk up from Hastings Street. Very long, steep hill.

Stayed two days while attending a conference. Very spacious apartment with everything required and convenient to Hastings Street. The only trouble we had was that we couldn't get the cooktop working because we didn't use the correct frypan. Some instructions would help. Hot water in shower was also a little unreliable.

Great Getaway

We absolutely loved the apartment - it was great. Perfect, quiet location - only a short walk to Little Cove Beach and Main Beach. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Holly and the team were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We will be back. 5 stars!

Get ready to get some serious steps up!

This unit was well appointed and bright and airy. We had a bottle of wine and chocolate in fridge and plenty of coffee pods supplied which was great. Also plenty of cleaning products, hand soap etc ready for use. It’s about a ten minute walk into Hastings Street which is fine but coming home it’s a steep climb up to the unit, so it’s not recommended for anyone struggling with fitness but for me it was fantastic exercise, for my hubby he found it hard. It’s so close to the national park for morning power walks. Basic cleanliness on arrival but the clean seemed a bit rushed. The cleaners should have been more thorough.
