Great location though the property itself needs work (blowing fuses and non-closing doors) and certainly needs a deep clean. If you're chasing a shack vibe, then this is your place.

The over all place was good but needs afew general maintance things done. There was no handle on the rear sliding door and over our three day stay it got harder and harder to open and close. A handle on the inside of the front door would help also. The bathroom could do with a bit of an up grade as well and the cleaners need to check ALL the bins and the back of the bedroom doors for the odd towel that got forgotten from the previous holiday makers. Having said all that would i stay there again YES YES YES . Thankyou

Lovely little beach shack

Lovely cute little beach shack, perfect for relaxing with the family. Great spot, lovely sunsets over the water. Great for our small four legged family member too.

Enjoyable stay on the gulf

Neat and tidy beach shack, it was comfortable and well supplied. We enjoyed the sunsets, and having the water not far from the house, especially at high tide.

Perfect little spot for a family long weekend

My family enjoyed the long weekend with some fishing, crabbing and lawn games at this shack and it was very comfortable. Port Broughton Pub was one of the best i have been to, yummy food and very nice outdoor area to enjoy the sunset. Would definitely visit again with the family!

Cleaners need to look above the bench tops . Spider webs in every ceiling corner , air con face very dirty and under bed full of webs and dust

I was gobbed smacked when we walked in. The pictures did it no justice. I honestly thought we were going to be walking into a 3 star stay.We walked in and it was so spacious, The rooms were beautiful, LOVED the bed, it was sooo comfy, my first impression was jees were going to freeze with that quilt, but NO we were super warm :-) The owners didn't skimp on anything. Everything you needed was there, even down to a Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board.I highly recommend this :-)

Lovely shack

We thought the house was perfect for our short holiday. The only downside was the horrendous mosquitoes! Otherwise we had a great time. The place was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Place

Hi This is a Beautiful and relaxing home. Loved the fact that I could just walk to the end of the property and was on the beach. Loved watching my dogs run and play. Would love the place to be fenced. It could be my forever holiday place.

Good property right on the waterfront. Everything provided in a lovely quiet part outside of town. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun come down directly in front of us

It was a lovely little place with great views and great space. Just a bit disappointing that the toilet was a bit twitchy, and the wifi while connecting internally would not connect to any internet. I do concede I did not bring that to the attention of the property manager while present due to the short nature of my stay.

Hi Hannah, we’re sorry that you encountered issues with the sticking toilet flush and the internet during your stay but without having had a chance to resolve them it’s disappointing. We’ve not had internet issues previously and it may well have been an outage outside of our control.

Needs Work

Weeds everywhere and three corner jacks, so you can’t go outside to enjoy it… the path out to the water is blocked off by bushes as well. Not at all good for dogs as there is no where they can actually go outside without getting prickles in their paws. Also nowhere fenced off for them either. The outdoor setting and deck area were all absolutely filthy, with bird poo all over the decking rails. All of the windows of the property were filthy so you couldn’t see out well. There were no top sheets on the bed, just quilts so it was cold at night. The kids didn’t get towels left for them to use either, only the adults were provided with towels. Overall, this property wasn’t worth the money paid for it and my family and I were all very disappointed.

Hi Taryn, sorry to hear that your stay didn't live up to your expectations. We'll certainly talk to our cleaner about your experience and look to improve things for future guests. Unfortunately the vegetation is between our property and the beach, so we're limited in what we can do with that and the three corner jacks are an ongoing battle.
