The condo was great for the price. The beds were comfortable and overall the place was clean. Facing the beach was wonderful! Got to have beautiful sunrises every morning!The property itself needs maintenance but that’s not on the condo owners.

Best view condo!

We did not want to leave this condo! Constantly seeing that view and hearing the waves was just what we needed to get away! Rajeev was an excellent host, very communicative. The condo was very comfortable, had the basic necessities in the kitchen. We will definitely be planning another trip at this condo.

Corpus Christi Beachfront.

Condo was very nice. View was absolutely beautiful. The owner , Rajeev, was awesome. Both pools were really nice. Great communication, always checked to make sure we enjoyed our stay and checked to see if he could have done anything else to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't be taken by the view!! Unless you want to sleep and basically live outside, pass on this one. I'd rather been camping. The couch was wet with moisture to soak our shorts. The same with the bed. Dark and just icky. Porch was only good thing. My daughter and I both have EDS and the moisture issues inside were too much. We contacted the owner immediately and hoping for some form of refund. We left 3hrs after checking in. We come to Corpus and Port A 3-4 times a year and this is not ok. Other rooms in the facility looked way better. Other renters let us see theirs.

Dark and moist. The beds were all foam pads and just disgusting with moisture.

You have a great view of the beach without having to pay padre island prices around the room is a lot to do and the room was great despite all the construction going on around it.

Beautiful beach view is offset by a run down/distressed property and North Beach area. Elevator smells of cigarettes and property is dirty. Fire alarm system is disconnected. Bed sags to the middle. Roaches in the shower stall. Balcony is covered in roofing shingles that track into the living room. No bare feet. Furniture is old and worn. No bathroom supplies or beach towels. Not up to VRBO standards by a long shot. Left almost as soon as arriving.

The property was a dump the picture of the deck showing to nice chairs to sit and view the ocean, is a scam. There is nothing on the deck. The property is in terrible disrepair it’s under some kind of renovation. There were worked walking around. The elevator was not working. We ended up leaving after one day!! It’s the worst weekend getaway I’ve ever had.

Great place!

Condo was small but nice for what we needed! Plenty of items come included, bathroom/kitchen items. Glad we brought our beach towels, I think it was the only thing that wasn’t there. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water was plenty hot and there was plenty of it, even with 4 showers in a row. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Ocean View!

I had a great experience with the owner of the property. They were very helpful and communicative. The views from the balcony were stunning. It was a great way to wake up in the morning! The water was calm and serene most of my trip and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The beach is within walking distance. (Just ask the front office where the gates are located at check in.) Overall it was a nice vacation.

Please DO NOT be mislead by the images. There is Mold EVERYWHERE. This is a biological hazard infested unit. We could only stay for thirty minutes inside before suffering headaches, nausea and coughing. We immediately left for the safety of our two year old son. The host even encouraging we stay anyway. We immediately left and filed a claim. Thankfully evolve was helpful to refund.

Great stay!!

I was so very pleased with my stay here! It was SO very cute and comfy and most importantly for me CLEAN! I clean and manage STRs for a living, and I was very happy. It was just me staying, and the queen bed was soft and comfortable and I slept great, and I felt the twin bunk mattresses and sheets and those were wonderful as well. The view was stunning and serene, the only disappointing thing was that the patio was under construction so you couldn’t go out on it. But that was the only downside. The listing was totally accurate other than that (though when it’s not under construction it would be completely accurate.) The host was fantastic! More than communicative and helpful, even with questions after checkout. Highly recommend!

Unfortunate

Property owner responded immediately and attentively, even when some of the many issues were beyond his control. That "musty" smell folks mention in other reviews can otherwise be called "mold" growing on ceiling and walls etc. This building and others close by are rotting and one wouldn't be surprised if condemnation happens gratefully soon. "Sad" is the right definition applicable to these units, though as I say, the owner tried to be helpful. If the unit was half the price I would still need to apologize to my family for putting them through the stress of wasted time in such an unhealthy and unbeautiful experience. The owner trying to salvage multiple issues was a bright spot, however.
