Sur la plage et Close to Fun!

Détendez-vous dans ce 1200 pieds carrés, en bord de mer, entiÚrement meublé Condo avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau et une vue de cÎté de la SS et de Lexington Downtown Corpus Christi. Le lever du soleil à couper le souffle sur l'eau vous accueille tous les matins.

Rénové en 2015.

SituĂ© Ă  North Beach, Ă  seulement 15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport et Ă  proximitĂ© de Portland, Rockport et d'autres petites villes cĂŽtiĂšres. RĂ©gion connue pour l'observation des oiseaux, la pĂȘche et la planche Ă  voile.

Poisson hors de la jetĂ©e (courte distance Ă  pied) ou patauger pĂȘche juste devant votre porte. Fruits de mer frais Ă  de nombreux restraunts locales ou prendre un court trajet en voiture en milieu de matinĂ©e sur le pont de Port aux T-chefs pour rĂ©pondre aux bateaux de pĂȘche de crevettes et d'acheter leurs prises quotidiennes. Une fois que vous prĂ©parez votre nourriture, manger sur le balcon (4 siĂšges sur table ronde avec des siĂšges pour 2 supplĂ©mentaires sur tabouret de bar et une table).

Boardwalk chez T-chefs, vous pouvez louer des vĂ©los, des patins, et des bateaux Ă  voile. Charte de pĂȘche en haute mer ou Groupe Bay CroisiĂšres Ă©galement disponible.

Le condo dispose de 35 unités de la plupart des unités propriétaires occupés. Belles cadre paisible. Winter Texans reviennent année aprÚs année et de développer un sentiment de communauté avec les propriétaires sympathiques.

Piscine chauffée face oceon avec entrée fermée. Douche situé au portail privé de / vers la plage pour nettoyer le sable.

Condo est trÚs bien entretenu. service disponible sur une base hebdomadaire pour un supplément de $ 65 Maid. 00 accusation.

Escapade pour se détendre mais toujours à proximité d'autres activités touristiques et de la ville! Le meilleur des deux mondes!

Relaxation Was Key

Pictures and prior reviews were pretty much spot on IMO. While the location is an older building and not modern by some standards, this place was perfect for my family. Everything we needed was there, and the place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Our 10 year old said the unit has “character.” We ate at Pier 99, Blackbeards and Fajitaville which were all right down the way. The beach is literally right there, and being here the last week of July of all things, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We saw people daily at the beach, but this felt private and inclusive. I’m not a fan at all of crowds, and this spot on North Beach was secluded. USS Lexington and the Aquarium are both just minutes from the condo and are both worth seeing. Go in knowing this is not a 5-Star resort, rather a homey and comfortable place and you should enjoy it as we did.

Everything could not have been better. This vacation home has everything one needs for the beach and I mean everything. It is so clean and Fernando was very helpful. Will be staying here again.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location for beach, USS Lexington and the Texas Aquarium. Sitting outside on the balcony in the evening was fabulous! Cynthia was great to work with too.

Lovely condo with a great view!

Very nice property with a great view. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I like that it was gated and needed a code for entry to the property and lobby and a key to the pool area. The pool was small but never crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family of 4. Right on the beach, great pool, and felt very safe with the security gate and codes to get in. Would definitely recommend! A+++

Nice place. Had everything we needed. The complex was quite and secure, we had the pool to our selfs about everyday. There is a walking path/running path right on the beach takes you all the way down to the Lexington and Aquarium

We booked a spontaneous trip to Corpus Christi and couldn't have been happier! What a great place. Super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. We went to the beach every day...it was so convenient and peaceful. We loved all the extra touches and hope to come again in the future. :)

Exactly as advertised

Property was exactly as described - and reviews are accurate! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a hiccup with the grill, but owner was quick to respond. The location and complex was so quiet and we had the pool to ourselves the entire stay!! Neighbors were friendly - great community! Very close to the Lexington and aquarium. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in N Beach!

Great place

This was a great place to stay on north beach. The beach was never busy and it’s in a pretty centrally located area to get to just about everything within 15-30 mins. There is a good bit of construction going on in the area highways but wasn’t too busy for traffic. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Only negative thing was the wind which had nothing to do with the property. The wind was so strong most days that it was hard to really enjoy the beach in the afternoons.

Late February in Corpus Christi

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and in a quiet area of Corpus Christi. Easy in and out and the owner was very pro-active, wanting to make sure there were no issues during out stay. Great access to the North Beach and just a short walk or drive to the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington and downtown Corpus Christi sights and restaurants. The only downside to the location was it was a little farther away from Port Aransas, south end Corpus Christi Bay, Padre Island National Seashore and some of the recommended restaurants as well as grocery stores than we were expecting.

Oh my gosh! So perfect!

We lucked out! We had been looking for a beachside condo for weeks that was affordable. At the last minute, we found this awesome place and headed out the next day. We stayed for 4 days. If there had been more days open we would’ve stayed longer! I will tell you I was speechless for the first 15 minutes. We have stayed in some nice places but this place is amazing. So clean. Decorated so well. Bed is so comfy. Has a recliner in the living room! Are you kidding? The owner was SO EASY to communicate with even though we really had no problems. And it is right on the beach!!! This is our go to beach get away from now on! We are in our 60’s and getting everything upstairs was so easy! Can’t recommend this place enough! Just what we needed!

Great Location on the Bay; Clean and Quiet

This condo was exactly as advertised: recently remodeled, clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and everything was great upon our arrival. The condo has a great view of the bay where we saw plenty of ships and even some dolphins swim by. We really enjoyed walking the beach each day and our children made use of the sand toys that were available in the condo. The pool was also very nice; an enjoyable temperature and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, as was the condo building itself. The gated and covered parking was nice, especially with the remote we were given for access during our stay. The condo is only a couple minutes from the USS Lexington Museum and Texas State Aquarium, both of which we visited and would highly recommend. The condo was equipped with anything we could want or need during our stay. It was a nice perk having a Blu-ray player and a large collection of DVDs available. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy for keeping up with clothing. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to stay in Corpus, don't miss out on this condo. It met all of our expectations.

Good location, poorly maintained with roaches & mildew

Booking, Checkin, location is really good. Upon entering you dont notice anything. 1. When I opened kitchen cabinets, lots of mini roaches either dead or running and the eggs were there, I showed them to the maintenance guy, Mr.Fernando. We brought spray and cleaned the whole cabinets to put my items in. 2. Next the master bedroom furnitures are broken and it will strip your clothes when you walk by. And the Fridge when I open it some rack fixture fell down. Then the Master bath exhaust fan did not work at all. I just took a picture of master bedroom to let cindy know. And I was exhausted after all the lockdown I wanted to relax and almost wanted to end the vacation. But i dont want my kids to be disappointed, so lived with it. 3. I used the dishwasher to clean the utensils to get rid of roach scent, there we go dishwasher did not drained at all, the lower rack has sunk in the stagnated water. I called Ms.Cindy and told her about fridge, dishwasher, master room furniture(Took photo), and explained her very politely that we dont want to be blamed for all of these. She said "Dont worry" and sent the mantainence guy to check. and she booked a new dishwasher and after 2 days , they tried installing it instead they just plugged in without fixing it on the wall. the reason they have to take out some tiles out of the floor to do it.since we are there they wont do it. everytime I close or open the dishwasher it will fall on my leg or on my kids leg. I didnt want to be a complain box. 4. I used dishwasher 2 times and noticed the water was partially draining inside the cabinets next to it and started mildew. I took a picture of it and clearly explained it to Cindy that the mildew presence underneath the sink(took photos) and it is getting everywhere because of dishwasher water draining. She said keep the cabinet open for a whole day and she said maintenance will take care of it . They came and tried fixing it , but it did get fixed all the way. 5. Master bedroom exhaust was not working at all the whole time(showed to the maintenance guy) if we take a shower, the wet scent will be horrible the whole day (caused mildew). so we used only the second bathroom with really dirty floor mats. Simply put, I had to live with all the inconvenience, me cleaning the dishes and cooking and remote learning with kids so we can go to the beach everyday to relax which we did. Please maintain the apartment before renting it out because this is a good location.

The ocean front view was awesome and the beach was nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and the pool was warm. The only negative is that the unit needs to be updated-the bathrooms as well as the kitchen cabinets.

I am very particular to have people who will take care of my place like it was their own. It is one of the nicest condo's on the property and I want to rent to folks who are responsible.

My parents and other family members live in this area and I wanted to have a place where I can be with family but also have my own ocean front place to relax. Now I use this condo strictly as a vacation rental. My goal is to make it not feel like a rental but your vacation home to create wonderful family memories. That is why we pay attention to details that will enhance your stay.
