Set in tropical gardens and a short walk to the beach this house offers an authentic Queensland beach holiday experience. Relax on the shady veranda’s overlooking the swimming pool with soothing sounds from the water feature and on the eastern deck views of the ocean.

On the upper level is the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen along with two bedrooms and bathroom while on the ground floor is another two bedrooms, bathroom and second TV lounge room. Fully ducted system upstairs and a large split system downstairs.

The upstairs living room overlooks the swimming pool and covered deck with an outdoor dining table and BBQ for the casual meals. The open plan living, dining and kitchen flow together with the beautiful timber architraves, bi fold doors out to the front deck with the comfortable lounge providing the perfect place to rest and take in the ocean views.

The two large bedrooms on this floor have king beds, one opening to the back covered area by the pool and the other with access to the front deck. The bathroom on this level has a shower over bath and toilet with a dressing room attached.

On the ground level features the snug TV lounge, two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and single garage. Bedroom 3 is a queen bed and bedroom 4 has one queen bed and a single bed. A large split air conditioning system for this level.
