Villa Asteri, Hawk's Nest: Walk to Everything! 3 Bedrooms, 5 Beds, Sleeps 7

In an amazing location, this spacious townhouse sits in the Hawk's Nest 'Magic Square' location. 5 minutes walk from Bennetts Beach, a little longer to Jimmy's Beach, and 60 seconds to the IGA, cafes, bakery, chemist and bottle shop.

Upstairs are 3 very large bedrooms; 2 with king-size beds, 1 with a king single. (trundle beneath) and single. The main bathroom is two-way to one of the bedrooms. Luxury linen and towels provided. There is a travel cot available (high chair & baby gate). 2nd bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms have individual air con and ceiling fans.

Sleeping up to seven, this sunlit Mediterranean-style three-bed townhouse is in an amazing location. Two of the bedrooms have luxurious Four Seasons king-sized beds, with one of these rooms having direct access to the two-way bathroom, and the other has a travel cot and baby gate in the wardrobe. The third bedroom has a king single with a trundle beneath, and a single bed, with kids' books and toys.

High-quality mattresses, linen and Sheraton towels are provided with beds made up. Please note: linen is not provided for the travel cot or the trundle; there is a quilt and pillow in the wardrobe for the trundle, but sheets and towels will need to be brought if using this bed. Beach towels are Not provided; please bring your own.

Bath, shower and toilet in upstairs bathroom. Second (small) bathroom off laundry downstairs. Gorgeous, sun-lit rear and front courtyards with dining settings and BBQ. There is even an outdoor shower! Carport for one vehicle (high clearance ), and plenty of on-street parking. Garage can be used for storing surfboards, bikes etc. There is currently one teen boy/adult bike, and one young girl's bike for use (please bring helmets), as well as three boogie boards. There is also a beach trolley for all your gear, a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a collapsible cooler for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything thought of, including coffee pod machine and high chair. Basic initial supplies such as tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, some condiments, dishwashing liquid/tabs etc., provided. Initial toiletries and shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash.

Air-conditioning in living area, and all of the three bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Good free Wifi available. Games, DVDs, toys and books.

Note:
'Asteri' means 'Star' in Greek. Please only run the dryer with the door open if using. Guests will be asked to put the bins out on a Wednesday evening (the red bin and yellow depending on the week) if staying at the time, and bring in after collection.
