The Space:
Welcome to a stunningly chic stay on the 3rd floor of the 5-story Eight Condos condo complex in the fabulous Xcalacoco Beach area of Playa del Carmen! This charming and stylish property is the perfect choice for your vacation getaway.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous, open-plan living space outfitted with a sectional sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV that makes for the perfect spot to recharge after a day of exploring. There’s a fully-equipped open kitchen area complete with all the appliances and essentials you’d need to prepare meals at home! And the dining area offers a splendid place to enjoy them. The table features cushioned chairs and space for up to 6 to dine together with your family and friends.

A phenomenal feature is the giant glass door sliders that practically go wall-to-wall, and you can open all the way to extend the space to the outdoors and onto the oceanview balcony! Enjoy the sea breeze and jungle foliage and perhaps sit out on the balcony after your meal for a nice sundown cocktail or rest to digest!

Moving on to the bedrooms, this condo boasts two spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms. They both feature plush king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs, ample closet space, and access to private balconies. They will provide a peaceful retreat and a restful night’s sleep when it’s time to turn in. There is also a double pullout bed in the living room sofa for 2 extra sleep spaces.

The two ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and showers with luxurious rainfall shower heads. The half bathroom features a sink and toilet and modern features and fixtures. Plus, the washer/dryer is in there for added convenience.

Throughout the property, you'll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for your online needs. As well, there’s an elevator in the complex for easy access to the condo. And you’ll have a parking space in the underground lot of the building. A remote control is provided for easy entry and exit.

You’ll also have access to a range of amenities like the oceanview rooftop plunge pool and terrace and an on-site gym.

In terms of location, the condo is near the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Xcalacoco Beach. The popular beach clubs, Mvngata and Petit Lafitte are within walking distance, about a 3-minute walk, where you can relax, enjoy food and drink from their restaurant and bar and soak up the sun all day! If you're looking for dining options, there are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy your cravings. The free public access to Xcalacoco Beach is about a 25-minute walk.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. You also have shared access to the common areas, the rooftop pool, the gym, etc.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be situated in a nice quiet residential area with restaurants nearby, and just a 3-minute walk gets you to beach clubs like MVNGATA, a swanky beach club that offers a day pass that includes access to its facilities, restaurants, and beach. For a romantic evening, head to their rooftop for a moonlit dinner. And PETIT LAFITTE is another great option offering access to their beach club, sun beds & loungers, use of their pool, etc., all with a refundable fee for the consumption of food and drink.

If you prefer to venture out for meals, we recommend Cocos Cabañas restaurant, where you can savor delicious dishes and enjoy live saxophone music on Saturdays. For an authentic Mexican experience, visit La Casa de Rosa, a charming spot for breakfast, lunch, or an immersive culinary journey.

Convenience is key, and you'll find a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven nearby for any essentials you may need. And if you're looking to explore the stunning public beach, Xcalacoco Beach, it's just a short drive or a pleasant 25-minute walk away.

You’ll just be about a 10-min drive to downtown Playa del Carmen & the famous 5th Avenue, a pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment.

And lastly, GOLF nearby in either direction at El Cameleón or Gran Coyote Golf Course.

Whether you're a foodie, a beach lover, a golfer, or an adventurer, this neighborhood has something for everyone.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 40.5 km | 31.4 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) in a residential area north of Playa del Carmen's downtown.

Please note: Although this area is a very beautiful place to stay, it should be mentioned that it’s a bit far from the famous 5th Avenue tourist zone in downtown Playa; it’s not walkable. The residential area is located off the main freeway, so you’ll need a car to move around freely or find a means of public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is an electricity fee for this property. Electricity is included for stays of fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC when you leave as it consumes the most.

The pack and play has an additional cost of 10USD per night.

Daily housekeeping is not provided, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance.

We supply a few basic essentials like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started. But any other cooking, cleaning, or bath items you may need will need to be purchased and brought onsite.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.

Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s a laptop workspace at the comfy dining table, making it great for the remote worker!

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
The condo is self-check-in using a digital door code.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
