We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was spotlessly clean and well-organized, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. The suite was packed with thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was lovelyâquiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing or exploring. Parking was reasonable and hassle-free, which was a big plus. Even on hot days, the temperature inside the suite was perfect, keeping us cool and comfortable. Weâd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great VRBO experience!
This was a jewel to stay and Little Italy down the street has some fantastic food places for every meal. The SkyTrain was within walking distance and provided easy transportation to waterfront and other downtown areas. We loved it and would stay again.
This adorable little studio was the cleanest most well stocked place my daughter and I have ever stayed at. Hana was so kind and lovely and the place was absolutely spotless⊠she really knows how to make the little things special! Will 100% stay with this host again!
The location is a studio that is attached to the main house, so I was sharing the same house as the host. The location itself is right next to an extremely busy road, which can be a bit of a hassle in terms of parking and getting Ubers (or even crossing the road). However, past that, the place was very clean and had everything I needed, and the host was responsive with everything.
They thought of everything to make us feel at home. The only complaint was the heat thermostat didnt seem to work. We had to have windows open to keep the temperature really comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone.
Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipped for efficiency. Coffee, tea, filtered water. Also microwave and toaster oven.
Only issue we had was parking, on the cross street which is by permit. Which we were unaware. Advertised as street parking. They was access to parking behind a building.
This may be the nicest spot I've ever booked, and we travel a lot....amazing attention to detail with regards to the comforts of home. It was spotless and organized, and almost everything you could need was provided....iron...a steamer for wrinkled clothes...a coffee grinder with beans in it ready to go, snacks, a filtered water pitcher, the list goes on.
The location was terrific as well, with an amazing assortment of restaurants and coffee shops within a very reasonable walking distance in Little Italy, we didn't have a bad meal or experience at any of them.
For the train, Commercial Station is an easy walk, about 16 minutes, and from there you can explore Vancouver.
It is a smaller space and sometimes you could hear other tenants in the house (but infrequently, and that's just Vancouver life), however it was so comfortable this was not an issue at all.
I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Property was one of the cleanest VRBOâs Iâve stayed at. Location was very good, walking distance to a few stores and coffee, and easy access to downtown Vancouver. Park nearby. Uber friendly.
Not sure on accommodations of 4 as it states, maybe 2 adults and 2 children. Access into the studio itself was extremely easy. Host sent messages with all instructions for entry and exit. Entrance to the property is through the front gate, and then down a narrow walkway on the right of the main house. There is a entrance coming through the back of the property, but is not stated on the description. In my opinion the back entrance would be much easier to reach the studio, especially with larger items like luggage or ice chest. The host has thought of everything in the studio, very accommodating. I especially enjoyed the fresh ground coffee that was provided. You also have to be aware that it is attached to a main house and you do get some noise from the occupants that live there. The only thing about this studio that would keep me from reserving it again, unfortunately was the bed. The size and the bedding were very nice, but in my opinion was not in anyway comfortable. It is not a box springs and mattress, but something all in one. For some guests maybe, but I found it extremely hard. Maybe if a nice pillow topper was added, would help the overall comfort level. I rate this property a 3 out of 5 due to the bed.
First finding a spot to park was a bit confusing, parking behind the church was okay but you had to be gone before 8 when people start showing up at the church. The pathway to get into the place very small if youâre carrying a bag you almost need to turn sideways to slide between the fence and side of house. Once you get inside it sounds like youâre in their kitchen, thereâs a door in the kitchenette that must go into the Main hours kitchen there is no privacy every noise you make they can hear. The main water pipes must run behind the wall right behind the bed, anytime the main house uses the water it sounds like thereâs a waterfall behind your head. The Bed is as comfortable as sleeping on the floor and if you do choose to stay bring your own pillow the ones they provide are as hard as rocks. So over all my partner and I left after only one night of our two night stay because it was so uncomfortable between the bed and lack of privacy. I wound tent recommend staying at the rental.
Very clean, very cozy spot with all the amenities. Close to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and transit. Would stay again despite road being a bit loud. Great communication with host.
This is a nice property. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed some of the thoughtful touches the owner included. We were surprised to find snacks, coffee, games, books, paper, pencils, scissors, bath & shower necessities, cotton balls & cotton swabs. We didn't use everything but appreciated that the owners were looking out for vacationer's possible needs.
The space was clean and the kitchen well equipped without being full of too many unnecessary items.
The only items that might be an issue for some are pillows (I did not find them comfortable, but my husband thought they were fine), the water in shower was only hot for a minute or two and then became warm for the remainder of our showers, and it was quite warm in the room without open windows.
Overall, an enjoyable stay. Close walk to several restaurants.
I love cooking, gardening and decorating to turn my place into a "home away from home" for everyone who stays with us. I also love meeting interesting people from all around the world. Very welcoming, and I hope to meet you here!
