Quayside Quidi Vidi is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow in the heart of Quidi Vidi Village, St. John’s. It is a whole-home vacation rental that is suitable for multi-general families who wish to travel together. It's also great for friends and/or couples to share. Plenty of off-street parking in two driveways. At the end the day, relax by the fire or soak in the hot tub — rare amenities for this area.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

MAIN FLOOR

The living room features a gas fireplace, Smart TV with full cable package, and plenty of reading materials.

The kitchen is modern and well stocked with all the necessities including a gas range, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, a variety of coffee machines, milk frother, and coffees and teas.

The dining table seats 8 and is a great space to enjoy breakfast before you head out exploring for the day. Or for a relaxing dinner in the evening before you head to the hot tub.

You will find two bedrooms on the main level of the bungalow, as well as a full bathroom with washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1 — the Whale Room — has a queen bed, a sitting area, a full length mirror, and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 — the Iceberg Room — has a queen bed and two closets.

LOWER LEVEL

Bedroom 3 — the Puffin Room — has a double bed and closet.

Bedroom 4 — the Codfish room — has two twin beds.

In the Capelin Room — the dedicated home office space — you will find a sofa, desk and Mac computer.

The lower level features a living area with electric fireplace and Smart TV with full cable package.

The second fridge in the kitchenette comes in handy for storing those cold beverages and larger items.

The table and chairs on the lower level are perfect for a game of cards, board games, making puzzles, and sharing some snacks.

A variety of games and puzzles are provided to keep your group entertained.

The lower level also has a bathroom with stand-up shower.

OUTDOOR SPACE

A spacious deck is easily accessed from the back door. Here you will find a Hydropool hot tub, lounge area with propane fire table (seasonal), and BBQ.

The hot tub is open year-round. In the winter we install heated mats from the back door to the tub.

The back deck leads down to the large and private fenced yard with Adirondack chairs and a wood-burning fire pit (seasonal). Firewood and kindling are provided in the deck box.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES

The following family-friendly amenities are located on site:
- Baby gate
- Baby bath tub
- Pack and play crib with mattress and sheets
- Booster seat that straps to dining chair
- Plastic utensils, plates, cups, bowls
- Kids board games

We can also provide babysitter recommendations.

In addition, the home has a large fenced yard, and there is a public playground just a 5 minute walk away, up the hill behind the house.

Older kids will love chilling in the hot tub and hanging out in the lower level rec room, with its own TV and fridge.
