Parking is with one Parking Pass and usually parking just out front is available. If there is another vehicle, there is free parking just out front on the odd side of Pilots Hill.

There are two and a half bathrooms. One with a relaxing large whirlpool tub and shower. Second floor bathroom has a large soaker tub-shower. Main floor has a washroom and laundry attached.

You’ll have control over the heating. Facilitated with a TV. You will have access to a washer and dryer in the home and can park your car with a permit just out front. Just a few doors down are several grocery/convenience stores, including Food for Thought and Halliday’s Meats, both on Gower Street. Moo Moos Ice Cream and Coffee Matters are also a short walking distance and on King’s Road.
