The property features a relaxed tree top feel with bush surroundings, water views and natural sea breezes, enjoy the peace and tranquillity whilst watching the birdlife and water sport activities on the bay and only 450 metres from Bob Cains reserve which is perfect for fantastic sunsets and a peaceful stroll along the waters' edge.
Located above Wanda Beach at the northern end of the Salamander Bay so you can park the car in the double garage and walk to all activities and entertainment with Salamander Village only being a flat 700 metre walk, where you will find the Salt Mine fish and chip take away, Chinese and Thai restaurants/take-away and the Village Grind for a relaxing breakfast, coffee or morning tea. The Village also has a bakery, bottle shop, boutique shopping and IGA Express for your convenience. Bannisters, Rick Steinâs restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling club are an approximate four-minute drive away.
George Reserve is a quick three-minute drive away where you can enjoy a dip in the bay and children can enjoy the playground. There are also free BBQs and restroom facilities at the reserve. Take a stroll along the 3.3 kilometre trek off Wanda Wanda Headâs trail, which begins at the end of Wanda Beach. There are markers explaining the nautical history of the area along the Mariners Walk Heritage Trail, which runs the length of the Soldiers Point and Salamander Bay peninsulas.
Wanda Waterview is spread over two levels. The ground floor showcasing stunning slate flooring throughout the large open plan sitting, dining area with a gas fireplace and seating for 8 guests. This area opens out onto the alfresco dining area with beautiful water and tree top views and gas BBQ facilities. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric induction cooktop, wall oven, microwave, Aldi K-Fee coffee pod machine, new family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher.
The third bedroom is also located downstairs and has a ceiling fan and access to the side courtyard to allow the sea breeze to flow through, there is a powder room and laundry downstairs, the laundry is fitted out with a top loader washing machine, dryer and the powder room with toilet and vanity runs off the laundry.
Upstairs has two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, main bathroom and an air-conditioned living area with smart TV, games, and books. The main bedroom also has a walk-in robe, renovated ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity and a private balcony with small table and chairs to start the morning off with a coffee whilst admiring the views, birdlife, and peace. The main bathroom looks out and captures the stunning treetops, there is a shower over the top of the bath, toilet, and vanity.
This Holiday house has everything you need for your perfect next family holiday. Due to stairs, balconies, and the residential location of Wanda Waterview, adult guests must be over 25 years of age and children well supervised.
