Memorial Day Retreat

This house was a great starting point for all our Memorial Day adventures in Rockport and Corpus Christi. With lots of beds and a extremely well stocked kitchen, it nearly felt like home.

Perfect neighborhood to relax

Great house on a canal. Great communication from the owner! Would highly recommend this house! Kids fished on the neighborhood pier all 3 days and caught all kinds of fish!

Fantastic vacation house

This house checks all the boxes! The kids loved the bunk bed room with a pac man arcade game and the adults enjoyed the outside set up with hot tub, propane grill, and enough outside seating for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything you could think of and more. We’ll definitely be back!

PERFECT!

Everything was perfect!! This was by far the best experience we have had. Beautiful home perfect location and everything we needed was there. Perfect for our family vacation and fishing and even caught some crabs ! Highly recommend this place. We will be back we never wanted to leave . Beautiful home!

Quiet Clean House on the Canal

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was super clean and the outside patio and dock is a really nice place to relax and visit and fish and crab hunt.

Spring Break Getaway

The home is beautiful and is as advertised, in fact I don’t think the pictures do it justice ! Kids loved the bunk room and tried paddle boarding for the 1st time! We had a wonderful experience. Very easy booking , check in and check out and the host was very prompt answering any questions we had. Great place !

This property was wonderful! The house looks brand new. Great appliances and location. Jason is a great host. We really enjoyed our stay. Just wish the weather would have been better. We hope to come back. Thanks!

Lots of amenities and clean comfortable stay

The place was clean and had a lot of amenities provided - we loved the hot tub, the fishing off the dock and caught and released some crabs and fish which was fun. A really great place in a more quiet remote location. It is about a 20 minute drive to the beach and grocery stores but had all the amenities for cooking and a comfortable stay. Owner very responsive. Had citronella candles provided but a lot of mosquitos at night on the dock for a couple of the days we were there so bring repellent. Loved the paddle boat and also nearby unheated pool/playground. Overall, fantastic rental.

Bachelor weekend

We spent my bachelor weekend here and went on a local fishing charter. The house is so nice and well kept and we really enjoyed the location as well. Would definitely come back here!

Wonderful Getaway!

This house was even better than the pictures! It was clean and had ample space for outdoor seating. It's in a great quiet location with easy access to fishing off the dock. Between catching a fish and the PacMan machine my 6 year old didn't want to leave!

We had an amazing time In Rockport and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home!

This home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, quick access to Rockport beach and the hot tub. The video game was an added bonus and was fun for all of us. Beautiful view of the sunset from the deck. We would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back sometime soon.

Great place, with everything you'll want or need

This property was head and shoulders above the others we were considering in/near the same price range for our Rockport trip... and our expectations were exceeded upon arrival. Jason was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout -- both before and during our stay. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-7) in our party, and we all could have easily had an amazing weekend just staying at the property. We'll be back and would love to stay here again.

Very clean home!

We loved staying at this home! Seamless check-in, great communication with the owner, home is tastefully decorated, very clean inside and out. It shows the owners take pride in their property, and they make their guests feel as if they are at home. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Spring break

As advertised. Great communication with owner. Would recommend. There was no storage. Dressers and closets are full of owners belongings. No room in the fridge or freezer to put food. Again, home is very nice. Would be helpful to have a welcome book. Would stay again.
