Welcome to our thoughtfully designed, single-level 2-bedroom condo in the heart of Scottsdaleâperfect for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Step outside your front door and you'll find a charming courtyard featuring a heated pool, visible right from the master bedroom. The master includes a plush king bed, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and bedside lighting to make you feel right at home.
The second bedroom is flexible and guest-friendly, offering two twin beds, a work desk ideal for remote work, and a 34" Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with essential cookware, so whether you're whipping up breakfast or dinner, everything you need is within reach.
The open living room features a cozy couch and armchair, along with a 48" Smart TV and entertainment system. Large sliding doors lead to the courtyard, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation.
Guests have access to a designated parking space right at the back door, making arrival and daily outings easy and stress-free.
The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, soaps, and additional pool towels for your convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer is also available to make extended stays even more seamless.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo unit and access to the complex community pool.
One ( 1 ) designated parking spot. Free street parking. Please be aware units have designated parking spots and your vehicle may be towed for parking in a spot designated to another guest. Please notify us immediately if your designated spot is occupied. You will receive your parking instructions 48 prior to check-in.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside or on the patio.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood-burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Arizona's wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 72 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please bring all trash to the dumpster provided in parking lot to the left of unit as you walk out the back door.
-Guests assume All Liability of using the pool. Owner, Manger, Complex is not responsible for guests or friends of guests.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-We are not responsible for amenities that have are out of order per the complex HOA. No refunds will be issued for out of order amenities that are under the management of the complex.
-Absolutely no illegal activity, gatherings, drug use or pornographic/adult related filming or use per City Ordinance. Penalty will be removal from home and equivalent monetary penalty equal or greater to Scottsdales City ordinance violation penalties.
