Nestled directly on Darwin’s tropical Esplanade, this cosy studio is footsteps from all the city has to offer. Coupling an unbeatable waterfront address with excellent resort-style facilities including a stunning large pool and spa, step inside and enjoy light-filled, free-flowing interiors with views stretching across the sea. Rest easy in an opulent king-sized bed and enjoy an immaculately presented bathroom with boutique amenities and a bathtub.
This studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a sumptuous stay and enjoy all of Darwin’s notable attractions right on your doorstep. Flooded with natural light, peer through the window and take in impressive ocean views. Retreat at the end of a busy day to your plush king-sized bed, topped with luxury linens and plenty of pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. The building is centrally air-conditioned to keep you comfortable year-round.
The studio also features clothing storage, side tables with reading lights, and a large comfortable armchair. Enjoy a cup of coffee at home thanks to a supplied kettle and mini-fridge, along with cups and spoons.
The bathroom is immaculately presented with a full-sized bathtub and shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Complimentary boutique amenities are provided for your stay.
After a busy day exploring Darwin, cool off in the residents’ large swimming pool and spa, or relax on the sun lounges. Guests have access to a beautifully designed lobby space, scooter rentals, and paid parking onsite.
We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
