Introducing Sun Dance Lodge, an exquisite mountain retreat available for short-term rental periods in the Glades Neighborhood of Sunday River Ski Resort. This luxurious house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests across its 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Offering a plethora of amenities such as a spacious pool, invigorating hot tub, ski-in/ski-out access, and breathtaking vistas of the picturesque Sunday River Ski Resort.
On the main level, you'll discover expansive living areas adorned with both gas and wood fireplaces. An impressive dining room has ample seating for 16 people, complemented by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This chef's space is unlike any other and we are willing to bet you will find more enjoyment cooking here with your family than leaving the home for dinners at area restaurants.
On the second level, three bedrooms each an en-suite configuration with private bathrooms and closets. Tiled showers, upgraded fixtures, and thoughtful design will make you feel pampered and luxurious. The primary suite boasts wrap-around windows, which provide a personal haven with awe-inspiring mountain views.
The basement showcases a tastefully rustic mountain aesthetic. Here, you can indulge in the pool and hot tub, conveniently adjacent to a well-appointed bar and a separate TV room. The basement also features two bunk rooms, each offering a variety of built-in beds.
The outdoor living space is stunning. There is an in-ground pool with a custom patio surround, a rejuvenating hot tub, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a covered dining table. This is the ideal place to gather no matter the season.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
