The front office can arrange all of your excursions to white water rafting, National Park guided tour, or even trips to the most exciting waterfalls. Or take advantage of our neighborhood's very own waterfall, El Salto. Also, indulge at the Rainforest Spa located within the community and pamper yourself with all the self-care your heart desires. Working holiday? No problem! With high-speed internet and two remote workstations overlooking the jungle and a waterfall- we have you covered. We can't wait to host you and show you what the Pura Vida lifestyle is all about.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms


The house boasts two bedrooms, including one King and one Queen size bed, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and privacy. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of nature and wake up refreshed, ready to embark on a day of adventure and exploration. The main bedroom features a huge bathroom with a rain shower and a hot tub, while the other full bathroom is located in the central area, making it accessible to all the rest of the guests. A day bed is available, and we can prepare it for the night upon request. 



Kitchen & Dining

The villa is designed to harmonize with its surroundings, boasting a blend of modern elegance and rustic charm. The spacious living area features floor-to-ceiling windows inviting breathtaking views of the verdant forest, which is why we decided to name it Casa Ventanas, which means "windows" in English. Come and work from home as it also has a remote work desk for 2 overlooking the jungle with a waterfall. The home's fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, with spacious island countertops and all appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy cleanup. Prepare delicious meals using the finest local ingredients and savor authentic Costa Rican flavors with your loved ones while overlooking the lush greenery outside.

Outside

You'll discover a private oasis where you can bask in the tropical splendor. Dive into the sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by swaying trees and vibrant foliage. Lounge on the sun-kissed terrace, sip refreshing cocktails, and soak up the blissful ambiance. At night, indulge in the "sounds of the jungle" from the comfort of your huge outdoor day bed. Conveniently located in a gated community with 24/7 security, It's perfect for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty while being within walking distance from the town of Quepos (1 mile from this beach) and everything that it has to offer, including the incredible Marina Pez Vela and La Ruta Mae, a beautiful walk along the coastline. It's also conveniently located to all of the famous bars, restaurants, and local nightlife Manuel Antonio has to offer, just a short bus ride or walk up the hill. Our home is 2.4 miles to the top of the hill and 5 miles to the famous Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. (5-minute bus ride and it costs 76 cents)



Please Note: 

The rates will vary for larger groups – base rates apply for 1 or 2 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 3rd and 4th guests. Please inquire about available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you.
