Bienvenue à MANUEL-ANTONIO. Dormir 4 personnes. Ce complexe à couper le souffle une offre intimité totale avec espace de vie séparé. Ce condo a sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon. Ce condo spectaculaire dispose de 2 chambres climatisé / lit queen size et 2 salles de bains, espace qui occupe un étage entièrement privé avec son propre jacuzzi ( no hot water ) et une immense terrasse. Depuis les espaces de vie, la terrasse et la piscine commune, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur la baie de Manuel-Antonio, le parc national et la jungle. La beauté du feuillage tropical et les sons apaisants de la nature vous feront vivre une expérience inoubliable.
Plage accessible en 15 à 20 minutes à pieds. Taxi et autobus à proximité.

Autour de la piscine, vous trouverez des chaises de piscine avec une vue imprenable sur le parc national et la baie de Manuel-Antonio. Notre hôte vous fournira des conseils d'experts sur les meilleurs excursions d'aventure (pêche, randonnée, équitation, rafting, tyrolienne, bâteau, ect.). Great views!

We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we loved being visited by all the monkeys! The communication was quick and very helpful. We'd definitely go back!

Amazing Stay, Unbeatable Views

Our stay here was fantastic. The property has unbeatable views of Manuel Antonio’s jungle and ocean—the kind you see in postcards. Location-wise, it’s perfect: Emilio’s Cafe, an outstanding breakfast spot, is right next door. Everything else you might need—shops, restaurants, beaches—is easily accessible.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Watching monkeys swing through the trees and seeing stunning macaws and exotic birds from hammocks on our balcony was an amazing experience.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio.

Great stay in a great location

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location was amazing with a stunning view and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped. There was not a washer and dryer but there is a laundry service nearby. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Stay

The property was clean, well cared for, and very convenient! Cafe Emilio next door was top notch, and the small grocery and pharmacy, mere feet from the door, were also super convenient. The kitchen was outfitted with only the necessities, but was more than sufficient for making basic meals. Daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise. The kids enjoyed the pool every afternoon, and while it was shared between the units, we always had it to ourselves. Views from the pool and our private balcony were exquisite. Laurent, the property manager, was very communicative, responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Best View in Manuel Antonio!

First of all the owner, Lorenzo, is an absolute gem and really helped our family with last minute rental. The view here is beyond expectation, it was beautiful and if you like wildlife, we saw so many amazing birds of all colors, plus Scarlet Macaws and a Toucan! Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys all came by the house as well. We didn't use the pool, but it looked beautiful. Its also in the heart of town, so easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. Already planning a return for next Christmas!

Amazing location

This was an amazing property. The view was unreal. Monkeys visited out balcony each morning! Pool was awesome! The restaurant next door was so so so good. We were close to several great restaurants, liquor stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. We will def stay stay again

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

I had a great stay in Manuel Antonio and would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Both Lorenzo (owner) and Hector (property manager) went out of their way to greet us, tell us about the area, arrange activities for us and provide transportation (even on short notice). The property is in a great location right next to delicious food, with amazing views of the ocean and with so much wildlife to watch from the pool deck or our porch (monkeys with their babies visited one morning and were within a couple feet of us!). We would love to go back and stay at Lorenzo's place again. Pura vida!

Perfect location- AMAZING views!

The location was perfect! You can walk to anything you need and the views are incredible! We saw more wildlife from our balcony than any other spot we had visited. Lorenzo was super helpful and communicative throughout the process! The bus is 1 min away to get to the beaches, park etc... Tours will pick you up. Emilio's cafe right next door is awesome! The house is modern and minimal and could have a bit more cleanly detail especially with kitchen items. Bedrooms were nice with AC and storage, beds very comfortable. Definitely felt like a bare bones VRBO more then a home, but we spent most of our time on the patio or out and about and it was great!

Awesome location

2 couples stayed 4 nights at this great property. We toured around all day and had a swim at the end of every day in the spotlessly clean pool. We were visited by squirrel monkeys multiple times a day and watched the Macaws fly over. The view was spectacular! Location was excellent. loads of restaurant choices right nearby. The VRBO add listed coin opp laundry but there was none. The place was very sparsely stocked. No beach towels (although there were lots of bath towels), no kettle, very little kitchen supplies, no paper towel, no baking pans, no cookie sheets etc. Book it! But bring your own stuff.

Awesome

The property was great! The pick up and drop off will organized. Maid did a great job and kept up with towels; felt like home with luxuries! Enjoyed monkeys daily (squirrel and white face). A lot within walking distance. The trek to the beach is rough. It would be nice if the property had golf carts or something to get you to and from the beach. I would recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Great Place!

We rented this condo for 9 days with another couple. It was very good. The view is fantastic, and it was very relaxed. Only a couple of other units in the complex make it quiet, we literally had the pool to ourselves the entire time. Very close to restaurants, cafe's, and a small grocery store. The service was very good. I would recommend having a vehicle if you plan to go to the beach frequently as it is a bit of a trek (although so are almost all the accomodations in Manuel Antonio). I will definetly recommend it to anyone I know planning to go to Costa Rica!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's property in Manuel Antonio. It's in a very central location close to Manuel Antonio park and is also close to a small grocery store nearby. The pool at the property was nice. The view of the ocean was nice with a great balcony with a hammock and even a jacuzzi (which we didn't use but still looked nice). We were able to see monkeys from our balcony and even had a few instances of them coming to check us out. There was live music at the restaurant next door, which was a little loud sometimes, but it didn't go too late so it wasn't that bad. Hector was great in welcoming us to the villa and also came by on a Sunday when our toddler accidentally locked us out of one of the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend the villa for families looking to stay close to Manuel Antonio.

Hilltop views

The property is located on the hill in Manuel Antonio overlooking the ocean and the national park. We stayed 5 nights and were travelling with another couple. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and had great views from the balcony. The floors above us would have even more expansive views. I would not recommend the ground floor as there is a lot of foliage to block the ocean view and a patio instead of a balcony. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony. Saw lots of monkeys and macaws flying by. We appreciated having the use of a bbq. A couple of suggestions to improve the stay would be to have some coffee/tea and essentials such as salt, pepper etc. in the condo on arrival. The kitchen had the basic utensils for cooking but could use more glassware for larger drinks, serving and cutting utensils and a kettle. It would also be nice to have beach towels as we enjoyed the public beach during our stay. We were in Costa Rica for a month and most properties had these items available in the condo. We loved the area and would highly recommend Milagro Cafe for coffee and dinner. The 4 of us loved our meals, especially the grilled tuna. We also enjoyed a meal at Falafel cafe for delicious homemade shawarma, falafel and hummus. Manuel Antonio is a beautiful place to visit.
