Welcome to our beloved lake-view cabin on the shore of Tanner Lake in Lake Mont Pines, where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the living room or while soaking in the large covered hot tub. This home now has central heat and air conditioning.!

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is a peaceful getaway, perfect for all ages. The cabin has a kitchen (no dishwasher), large dining table, outdoor shower, hot tub and patio furniture. We are just steps away from the sandy beach/recreation area with great visibility making it easy to watch the kids play from the comfort of the deck.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this cabin, no exceptions. There is a $200 additional fee for hot tub use, along with a liability waiver to be signed.

Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Where applicable, payment can be made by check. If payment is made by credit card, property managers will add a 2% credit card surcharge to the transaction when charging the card.
