PLEASE NOTE:
- To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $210 for pool heating. A 3-day advance notice is required along and there is a minimum of 3 days of heating.
- If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.
