Your own private lift access adds to the premium lifestyle and makes the apartment very accessible as there are no steps. A lockable double garage with a private Tesla EV charger and also a single secure carpark adds convenience. Exclusive to our apartment.

QUEEN BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS AND SEPARATE LAUNDRY

The thoughtfully designed floor plan incorporates 2 segregated bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a handy entry foyer to take off your shoes and leave your coats after arriving direct from your carpark in the private lift.

The master queen bedroom is oversized, has abundant storage and features a chic ensuite with bathtub and added convenience of access to the private front deck. The master bathroom features double sinks and an oversized shower for extra comfort. Additional blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort in both bedrooms.

A fully equipped separate laundry, complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and sewing kit ensures you have everything you need. Bathroom provisions, such as hairdryers and personal care products, as well as bath salts, provide an extra touch of comfort.

KITCHEN, LOUNGE AND DINING

The heart of the apartment lies in the large open plan living and dining area, designed to seat six comfortably. The well-appointed galley kitchen boasts lake views and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the food preparation accessories you may need. Basic condiments and food provisions are provided for your convenience.

Marble tables and leather dining chairs and lounges are a pleasure. Quality floor and window treatments and lovely stone bench tops and marble tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms add to the enjoyment of the space. Climate control is a breeze with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating along with portable options to ensure your comfort at all times.

Wow on Kingston Foreshore

Wow is the only explanation for Lakeview Lux. Spacious apartment with leg room to spare. Very comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Close to restaurants and the lake, but far enough away to enjoy the sounds of nature versus people.

Fabulous apartment!

a beautiful apartment with lovely attention to detail. Great location for lake walks, dining and shopping. I would highly recommend for couples or a family with older children in late teens. It is not an apartment for young families.

Amazing apartment and location, wonderful host!!! An excellent experience

An absolutely beautiful apartment, so well appointed with everything you could want and very tastefully decorated. And the views!!!! Epic and gorgeous with the lake right on the doorstep and winter sunshine flooding the living spaces. Walking distance to lovely cafes, restaurants, markets and all the major sites within minutes. Lisa was a wonderful and responsive host and nothing was too much trouble to make my experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again - I didn't want to leave. Thanks!

My husband David and our son Jakome and I live between Tanja in SE NSW and the Kingston Foreshore in the ACT. We love the beautiful places we live and the experiences they offer. And we love travelling the world!

David is an Ecologist, Lisa is an Environmental Designer and CEO and we have owned and operated an environmental services company since 2001 - we undertake commercial and residential landscaping, revegetation and wetlands rehabilitation, consultancy and provide trees and plants from our 2 production nurseries. We also have a polyculture farm that practises restorative agriculture.

We love to share our unique space and location with guests so they get to experience the best parts of Canberra and the Kingston Foreshore - we're grateful to call this apartment home for part of the time and to share the pleasure it gives us with others.

Hosting allows us to engage with interesting people from around the world. Feels good to share and provide an experience that makes others feel good :)
