A kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, mini oven, blender and dual hot plate. A full bathroom with a flushable toilet, and fully stocked rain shower. Upstairs there are two loft sleeping areas, one with a king sized bed and gorgeous overhead skylight, and the other with a full sized bed which can also be used as a cozy reading nook.

The backyard is an amazing space for you to spend your time! Back here we have patio dining for four, a solar-light umbrella for shade, lounge or tanning chairs, a loveseat, and a fire pit with plenty of seating. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh air and find inner peace in this tranquil oasis, perfect for morning yoga, meditation, or simply savoring a cup of coffee. For your security, please note that an exterior door-mounted camera just beside the mint-green door looks out over the entire backyard, including the deck and hot tub area.

No need to worry about parking—there’s plenty of free street parking nearby! The best spots are along Lincoln Street or Mill Street, just a short walk from the property. Just be sure to check for any posted restrictions.

Guests will have full access to the tiny home, deck, patio, fire pit, and luxury hot tub! The tiny home is located in our backyard, so we may be out enjoying our side of the deck, although we typically respect the privacy and space during guest stays.

We want our guests to enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer, including the hot tub. However, please be aware that the availability of the hot tub might be affected by necessary maintenance, cleaning, or unforeseen issues that arise beyond our control. Our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience means there may be times when the hot tub is not accessible. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).

We have an exterior security camera on the property to help ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

The camera is mounted just beside the mint-green door of the tiny home and has a view of the backyard deck, including the hot tub area. It’s there solely for safety and peace of mind.

There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or facing into any indoor space, so your privacy is fully respected throughout your stay.
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
