First time to Carlton Landing. We really enjoyed the house and the area. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable for our family. We definitely want to come back in the summer with all the activities that are offered.

Stayed here with my family over fall break and it’s been my favorite stay at CL so far. Great location, beautiful home, lovely spacious screened-in patio area and very clean!

Short Getaway

House is in perfect location and has beautiful finishes. The porch is a perfect place to watch a family movie or listen to the music at the Meeting House. My favorite rental here so far.

Really Special

The Mont is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed eating and visiting with each other in the enclosed porch. The house had everything anyone could want to make their stay enjoyable. It made our trip to the beautiful community of Carlton Landing that much sweeter and I’d love to stay there again!

The Mont is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable.We loved the porches (upstairs, side, and front!) and the back yard was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time, loved that the community was walkable (even though it was hot!). It was fun to rent a golf cart for the day. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the sandy beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful house and very thoughtfully stocked! If it wasn’t so hot this week we would have loved to take advantage of the screened porches but that just means we have to come back! The kitchen was fantastic if you love to cook. Super comfortable furniture & beds, huge dining table and the en suite rooms are awesome! Easy walk to two different pools, the lake beach, the lake water park, Momma Tig’s pizza, etc….and, for what it’s worth, it’s across the street from the only bar in CL. Also have to say the backyard setup is awesome, too…again, it was too hot/humid for us to really take advantage but the setup is amazing. If this layout works for you then you can’t get a better house than this. We will definitely be back, and thank you for the hospitality!

Great Place, Great Location

The Mont - with three Master Bedrooms - was the perfect place. It was centrally located to the various amenities. It was a great, family oriented time.

We had a small issue with the HVAC and LakeStay had someone over to fix it within an hour or so. Location was ideal and the house couldn't have been more perfect. Will stay here again for sure!

Great long weekend stay!

The location is so close to the Meeting House and the house is so well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities. We loved the backyard and front porch and the furniture was all comfy. The parking was a bit tight, especially because the carriage house was also rented but it was easy to park a vehicle at the meeting house due to the location. Highly recommend this great house!
