The space
Watching a sunrise from The Sunshine Cottage, whether sipping a cup of coffee or relaxing on the darling porch swing, is something you don't want to miss. The Borough has a shared grassy courtyard and fire pit. Here, guests can gather, roast marshmallows, and enjoy cozy evenings with their friends and family year round.
Inside you will enjoy a gorgeous open concept living space, flat screen tv (are we going to provide any streaming services) , and luxurious furnishings. The exposed brick interior, masterfully designed, showcases the work of renowned master mason and builder Clay Chapman of Hope for Architecture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and essentials you will need during your stay. Clearly that means coffee! An oversized kitchen island invites you to enjoy food and drinks, games, or late night chats. This is a place where you can relax, reconnect, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
On the second floor you will find the full bathroom with lovely natural light, a spacious vanity, and tile walk in shower. The master suite boasts a view out to the courtyard, a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a delightful loft with a queen size bed. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, to use at your leisure. The size of this cottage makes it the perfect fit for couples or small families to get away and experience the beautiful town of Carlton Landing.

Note **The property has a full pull out couch in the living room, for extra sleeping.**

Location
The Sunshine House is located within a 3 minute walk to both community pools that are heated year round. It is a 6 minute walk to the pop-up shops, sandy swim beach, Mama Tig's Wood-Fired Pizza, Food Truck Park, and Lake Days Aqua Park(seasonal). The Meeting House (coffee shop,bar and grill) is also a short walk away. All town amenities such as pools, hot tubs, grills, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, ping pong, bocce ball, gym, and walking trails, are included with your stay. There is truly so much to do, and we love to tell guests about Carlton Landing!

Getting Around
The entire neighborhood is considered walkable. All amenities can be reached by sidewalk or boardwalk and range from 3-10 minute walking distance from your vacation home. We love our bicycles, scooters, and various types of leisure transportation here in Carlton Landing. Be sure to bring yours along!

Guest access
The entire Sunshine Cottae is yours for the duration of your stay. One paved parking spot is included and located behind the house in the shared paved driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
