Welcome to The Mont- 23 Boulevard

Vacation in luxury at The Mont. This newly built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom located in the heart of Carlton Landing home sleeps 8 guests.

The first floor features a beautiful living space and a fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances. The primary king suite towards the back of the first floor. You will love gathering your family around the large dining room table that seats 10! A great feature to the first story of the home is- wrap around porch with an outdoor fireplace, large dining table plus TORNADO SHELTER-located on the front porch.

Take the stairs to reach the second floor of this 2-story retreat. Here you’ll find a fun open concept TV room with queen-size pull-out couch. The best part about the The Mont is the home features 2- king suites on the second story of the home. You can access the second story balcony from one of the King suites where you will find two twin size porch swings- perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine at night.

The backyard at The Mont is fully fenced and offers a Breeo Stove with Adirondack chairs plus, you can enjoy grilling outdoors on the gas grill and tossing a game of corn hole!

NOTE- The Garage Apartment located behind The Mont is a separate vacation rental property. The Mont has two designated parking spots. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. First time to Carlton Landing. We really enjoyed the house and the area. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable for our family. We definitely want to come back in the summer with all the activities that are offered.

The Mont is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable.We loved the porches (upstairs, side, and front!) and the back yard was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time, loved that the community was walkable (even though it was hot!). It was fun to rent a golf cart for the day. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the sandy beach. We hope to visit again soon!

The Mont is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed eating and visiting with each other in the enclosed porch. The house had everything anyone could want to make their stay enjoyable. It made our trip to the beautiful community of Carlton Landing that much sweeter and I’d love to stay there again!

Short Getaway

House is in perfect location and has beautiful finishes. The porch is a perfect place to watch a family movie or listen to the music at the Meeting House. My favorite rental here so far.

The location is so close to the Meeting House and the house is so well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities. We loved the backyard and front porch and the furniture was all comfy. The parking was a bit tight, especially because the carriage house was also rented but it was easy to park a vehicle at the meeting house due to the location. Highly recommend this great house!
