Idéalement situé pour les magasins et restaurants, épiceries, hôpital. Parc du comté de l'autre côté de la rue qui a un terrain de basket et un parc de skate beaucoup de plaisir pour les enfants. Nous sommes situés au large du ruisseau rocheux qui mène à la baie de Tampa. Peut pêcher c'est de l'eau saumâtre. Une voiture est suggérée pour se déplacer en ville. Il y a de nombreuses attractions pour rester occupé avec des plages aux parcs, amusement et nature.

Super cute place! Its right on a creek and there were kayaks in the garage to use. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. Definitely will be staying again.

Great for families!

We loved the location very close to our Tampa family, a creek running behind the house, and right across the road from a great little playground and rec center! Everything was very clean and well maintained and easy to access. Having access to the washer/dryer was a huge plus when going to the beach. Access to a full kitchen and dishwasher means we saved money on food by eating in. My daughter enjoyed the games in the closet! I was a little nervous about the stairs with my elderly father-in-law and 3 year old, but everyone came out unharmed. Honestly my husband and I were ready to buy the place if we were in the market lol! It was that great!

Better than i expected

I chose this for the location, the backyard and water, the playground across the street. But i was thrilled when we arrived. Super clean, and was better than the pictures depicted. I was worried it would be a bit dark and worn from the pictures, but seriously, it was great. High ceilings and great light.

Great place in Tampa.

This is an excellent house in a quiet neighborhood. The living space is on the second floor (garage underneath), attractively decorated, no nick-nack clutter, large walk in shower, huge w/d, comfortable beds, very clean.Sit on the balcony/porch to enjoy your time away from home. Watch for birds, squirrels, spot the occasional cat, listen for roosters & ducks, play “where's the gecko today” and watch Rocky Creek drift by. Or if your ambitious, there is a cemented launch area for your canoe/kayak.The pluses? - everything! (And ten minutes from our son.)The wishes? - bicycles to take to the many area trails.The negative? - the 18 stair steps! By the end of the day, these two 70 senior citizens had to crawl up the stairs, but we managed. And if we think we can handle those steps on our next trip, we'll be back. Thanx Lynda.

great location for this vrbo

spacious house with lovely backyard along a creek and large balcony in the back of the house. My only issue is the furniture and beds-I developed a nasty backache from old mattresses and sofas-had to fold bedspreads for added support. Noisy highway traffic 1/4 mile away-especially motorcycles at 6:30 a.m. Lynda is a top host!!

Exactly as advertised

From the time I saw this and the constant communication with the host Linda it definitely met all expectations. They keep this house very clean. There’s nothing that you need for while you’re there. I actually found coffee filters in the cabinets and I had forgotten mine. Also, I like the early check-in because we were a few minutes early getting there. It fits a family of four perfectly especially because they have the fold out beds. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is considering doing a Vrbo this was my first time using this type of service and I was extremely satisfied if you’re going to be in Tampa and you need to place a stay I would highly recommend that you use this location. It was definitely a 10 out of 10 using

Very clean, good location

Thank you Lynda for allowing us to stay in your house. Upon entering I noticed this house was the cleanest rental we had ever been too. The yard was huge which the kids enjoyed. We fished in the backyard, hung out on the back balcany and had morning coffee, watched the ducks and turtles go by, and enjoyed the park across the street. While there, we drove the 15-20 minute drive to ybor city for the day and ubered to Raymond James stadium for a music festival. Any store you could possibly need was almost in walking distance from the house, but the house was sent back in a private driveway in a beautiful older neighborhood with big trees. This house was perfect for our family of 5 as we utilized one of the two available cots. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here!

A wonderfully peaceful and private paradise.

My adult kids and I found this the perfect place for a very special time we had planned together. The living quarters upstairs were clean, spacious and comfortable. The whole lower floor is used for garaging and storage, so we effectively had the house to ourselves. We loved the balcony, which runs the length of the house, where we could sit and watch ospreys, woodpeckers and the cardinal landing on the top of a dead tree nearby, watch the geckos warming themselves on the stones at the small river's edge, running along the bottom of the garden. I especially loved sitting out there in the early mornings and evenings, listening to the crickets and the fish jumping. The road on which the property is found is quiet, but close enough to walk to the stores, if we wanted and ideal for all major routes for our daytime outings. The owner, Lynda and her husband met us at the house with the keys, then left us alone to enjoy our stay. The kids and I will always have wonderful memories of our stay in Tampa, with the house, as our base, a perfect place to come 'home' to at the end of our excursions. We would highly recommend this property and the owners.

Clean, Well-Stocked VRBO---great for families!

I selected this VRBO for our trip to Tampa for a wedding. Our three kids loved this place because it has a wide balcony for looking out on the canal and has a playground across the street. With early flights out, this was a great place about 10-20 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic and time of day. There are plenty of grocery options and fast food nearby. And this was a best stocked and cleanest VRBO I've ever booked, and we have booked quite a few over the years. The kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc, let us give our kids downtime from the wedding events, beach, etc. Lynda also communicated quickly to my questions over VRBO. I would definitely book here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Lynda was a great host and her home was perfect for our quick weekend in Tampa! Don’t let looks fool you, this home is adorable once you step inside and perfect for a family stay. This was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. You can tell Lynda really cares about her home and wants her guests to enjoy their time. Close to everything and nice that there is a playground/community center right across the street.

this is a nice property with a big yard off rocky creek has a county park across the street with skate board park and basket ball courts fun for the kids. This property in centrally located and is easy to get to different places around town.
