Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on City Rd in Southbank known as City Tower Apartments. Just a stone's throw away from Crown Casino and Eureka Skydeck.



We're also a 15min walk to Southgate Ave and Flinders St station.



Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the South Melbourne Market and more.



Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



We're only a 3 min walk to City Road/King's Way tram stop.



Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



Flinders St station is only a 15min walk away from us.



8min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.



If you drive, we do have 1 FREE secured parking slot available for you.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th adult would be on a TWO 3-seater sofa beds which folds out to a double.

False advertising. The apartment was atrocious. Smelly & musty. Hadn’t been cleaned with bugs flying around everywhere. Website said it accommodated 8 people. One of us had to sleep on couch. Beds very uncomfortable. Lack of communication from host regarding key.

Our unit is a 2-bedroom apartment with two sofa beds, each the size of a queen bed, which is designed to accommodate up to 8 people. We aim to maximize the space for a comfortable stay, and we apologize if this was not clear. We also sincerely regret that the cleanliness was not up to our usual standards. This is not typical, and we will ensure that our cleaning team takes extra care going forward. We paid over 4k for this room for 7 nights so we expected a premium experiences and we certainly did not get it. The room provides only one access key. The front door has no ability to lock or unlock it from the inside so if one guest leaves the room the remaining guests are locked inside and cannot get out in an emergency like a fire. That is incredibly dangerous and a huge safety issue. We asked the host for a second key but were told they would not provide one despite the safety issue. When I questioned it they promised to get back to me and then ghosted us for 5 days. Awful communication and ignoring serious safety issues. Other issues:No ironing board (we couldnt iron our clothes before going out which is unacceptable. Even cheap hotels provide this). No bottle opener (a pretty basic provision in a holiday apartment,( I had to buy one) The en-suite shower head constantly falls out of the mounting. One morning it fell directly onto my toes. I’m not sure if broke my toe but it was certainly very painful for many days The couch arms are caved in and heavily stained No fly screen on external door so you can’t open the door without inviting countless bugs in There was a random clothes dryer dumped in the living area! Not functional just sitting there. I could go on. Highly disappointing. We ended up checking out early and paying to finish our holiday at a hotel because we were so unsatisfied with the room.

We provide one set of key cards per reservation while keeping a second set as a backup in case of lost keys or lockouts. We’d also like to clarify that the door can be locked and unlocked from the inside, and guest safety is always a priority for us. We’re sorry if our communication did not meet expectations and apologise for any delay in follow-up. We will work on improving this to ensure guests feel supported throughout their stay. An ironing board is available in the apartment, and guests are always welcome to contact us if they are unsure where an item is located so we can assist. We will also check the shower head to ensure it is secure and functioning properly. The couch has since been deep cleaned, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the flyscreen. The dryer is intended to be moved and should not have caused inconvenience during your stay. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, it helps us identify areas for improvement and improve the guest experience moving forward.
