Welcome to our cozy 2-bed apartment in Elwood! Perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and vibrant cafes, this stylish space is ideal for couples, families or small groups. Equipped with a bright living area, full kitchen, comfy beds, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Reserved parking spot. Explore the beautiful suburb of Elwood by taking a leisurely walk or bike ride, and enjoy the many dining and shopping options.

Welcome to our luxurious and modern 2-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant and fashionable area of Elwood, Melbourne. Enjoy the lively atmosphere with plenty of options for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The neighborhood offers a range of dining options for all budgets, from hipster cafes and bars to fine dining. Our apartment features two comfortable top of the range queen size beds, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar-style eatery for dining. We also offer WiFi and a smart TV for your entertainment. The reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater will keep you comfortable all year round.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Elsternwick train station and Elwood Beach, you have easy access to public transport and beautiful sandy shores. You can also take a leisurely walk along the stunning coastal trail or explore the many local parks and gardens.

Your Airbnb is ideally situated close to both Elsternwick Park and Elwood Beach, giving you easy access to outdoor activities like swimming, sunbathing, cycling, and picnicking. In fact, Elwood Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy the sand and surf whenever you like.

Please be respectful of the property, keep it clean, and return it the same way you received it - i.e. take out the rubbish, wash up any used dishes etc. If there are excessive amounts of rubbish and/or dirty dishes left inside the apartment, extra cleaning fees may apply.

No parties or events at any time. If you're coming to Melbourne to party, you've picked a great city to do so - just not at our place. Though we're sure it won't come to it, complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law, not so much one of our rules.

Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000.
If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys. Upto $500

No noise, loud music, screaming, loud talking outside or inside anytime.

Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and the immediate cancellation of your booking.

Please note that we have strict rules as this is a residential building and our personal property. While some of them may seem obvious to you, they are not so obvious to others and we therefore must have a strict policy regarding them. Common decency and respect for others' property is essentially all we're asking.
We reserve the right to request a security deposit and / or a copy of photo ID.

Elwood for Easter

Though the 2 x 1 home was well accommodated and communication fabulous, the unit/apartment was a lot older and smaller than the images depicted and in a high residential area of owners/renters. Might consider adding some further essentials like glad/cling wrap, paper towel, tissues and cleaning products. The location was perfect - fell in love with Elwood - the Ormond Street stretch, store owners, beach, sailing club and park lands with multiple, easily, accessible public transport options. Enjoyable, pleasant stay, in affordable basic accommodation.

Great location for us and our dog.

Lovely clean and bright apartment. Great for a two night stay with all the necessities provided. The proximity to Elsternwick Park is fantastic for people and pets. We also loved that it was quiet.

Walk to beach from quaint neighborhood; Incredibly clean!

Location, cleanliness and overall condition were perfect! From this property, it was a short walk to the beach but it was also tucked away enough that it's quiet. The unit was amazingly clean and comfortable inside. I was visiting nearby family in Ellwood, so this worked out really well. Also, the property managers were very proactive and friendly to reach out and make sure everything was okay prior to and during the stay. I was visiting from overseas, and when I visit again, I would definitely book this property again. It was more space than I needed, as I was traveling alone, so I would say it would also be a perfect size for a small family looking to get away and spend time in this coastal area. Another testament to how wonderful the property managers were, is the fact that I unintentionally left a few items behind and they arranged to ship the items to me. That was better than I expected, so that's also the customer service that wins. I would gladly book with them again for this property, or other properties that they manage. Much appreciated.
