Une nouvelle propriété unique située à l'entrée de la subdivision de Gilded Mountain. Lookout Tower est une spacieuse maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains sur 4 niveaux - l’un d’eux est la tour de guet au 4ème niveau. Cette cabine personnalisée est merveilleusement décorée avec des espaces de vie agréables, une chambre à coucher principale et une salle de bains uniques dans la tour située au dernier étage offrant certaines des meilleures vues de la région!

Le niveau principal a un plan d'étage ouvert avec votre salon, cuisine en granit et salle à manger. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une télévision de 42 pouces, d'une belle et confortable cheminée à gaz, d'un espace buanderie et d'un accès facile au pont extérieur avec vue sur la forêt nationale de Black Hills!

Le niveau inférieur de la propriété comprend un bar, une table pour jouer à des jeux en famille, une autre télévision et un patio avec bain à remous!

La chambre principale se situe au 4ème étage et comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain complète et un patio avec une vue imprenable! Au 3ème niveau, il y a une autre chambre spacieuse avec des lits superposés et un petit coin avec une télévision. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen et une salle de bain complète. Le niveau le plus bas comprend une 4ème chambre avec lits superposés et une 5ème chambre comprenant un lit queen size.

Vous serez à quelques minutes de Terry Peak et de Deer Mountain, à quelques minutes en voiture de Deadwood pour profiter des sites et du jeu, et pourrez accéder aux sentiers de VTT et de motoneige juste devant votre porte à la propriété. Idéalement situé pour profiter de tout ce que Northern Hills a à offrir!

La tour de guet est très proche de nos autres propriétés de montagne dorée (accessibles à pied) - Powder Ridge, Coach House, Whiskey Barrel, Claim Jumper, Stemwinder, Cabine de salle, Lazy Bear Lodge, Copperhead Cabin et Gold Camp Lodge. Vous pourrez ainsi emmener de grands groupes tout en ayant la tranquillité de retourner dans des cabines séparées.

Le club dispose des équipements ci-dessous, et vous aurez accès à tous ceux-ci si vous séjournez dans l’une de nos propriétés de Gilded Mountain.

Great Location

Close to town, but feels secluded. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. The three levels really helped the three family groups have their own space. Beautiful decks and fire pit. The hot tub was a bonus!

My only two complaints: 1) there weren’t a lot of pots/pans, Tupperware, etc. for when we were cooking at the house 2) the master being on the top floor... so. Many. Stairs!😆 BEAUTIFUL view!! My legs for sure are in better shape now - ha! Overall, our (11 of us girls total), stay was amazing. The check out list made it very easy so we knew everything we had to get done. Would absolutely recommend!

I definitely recommend the Lookout Tower for your trip to SD.

This was our family's 3rd yr in the area and Lookout Tower was by far the best vaca rental. Great location to all things for family to do. Gorgeous property. Great area for old and young. The grandbabies had a blast in the heated pool. Had visitors (deer) many times. Definitely would book again!

Wonderful vacation home for our family time

We found it a very enjoyable experience including the location. The home was beautiful & cozy & the kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were all in great shape & the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the multiple common areas. We took advantage of the amenities the clubhouse & pool offered.

Amazing Trip

The home was absolutely amazing and the views were breathtaking. We would 100% recommend this home. The only down side is we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Could have stayed for weeks.

Extended family vacation in black hills

We enjoyed our stay. Enough room for our group of 11. The kids enjoyed the small community pool. I enjoyed being a short drive from the Mickelson trail for short morning runs.

We will be coming back yearly, either this location or another managed by BH Adventure Lodging.

Exceptional cabin/location - mediocre cleaning crew!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was in an exceptional location - perfectly situated between Terry's Peak/Lead (5 minutes) and Spearfish Canyon (10-15 minutes). The scenery was beautiful, and our kids especially loved the "tree house" feel of this multi-level home. The hot tub on the patio was so enjoyable! It was a fun getaway with grandparents and extended family!! Sadly, while the cabin felt clean overall, we were shocked when reviewing the checkout instructions which asked that we strip all of the sheets, but leave the blankets/comforters. While I realize this is probably more common practice in the hotel industry than I care to know - with the current pandemic, it left us with an uneasy feeling. We were also asked to do all of the dishes, take out all trash, start a load of towels, etc. I'm all for team work, but our previous stay at Molly's Folly didn't seem quite as labor intensive. Regardless, of that small disappointment, our experience was great and we would highly recommend going the cabin rental route over staying at a hotel...

Easy access to everything we wanted to do in Deadwood and Rapid City, with the comfort of a home to sleep in. Beds were very comfortable and sheets super soft. Laundry on site gave us the ability to pack lighter, the area was beautiful to explore, great neighborhood to walk around. The kids enjoyed the community pool- warmed water while the adults enjoyed the hot tubs at the community area as well as at the home. Great views off the upper all around deck. The only issue was that we didn't stay long enough, 3 nights were not enough!

Incredible Thanksgiving Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was so cozy and decorated so fun for Christmas. The bedrooms were very accommodating for all 11 of us. The hot tub outside made for an enjoyable time in the beautiful Black Hills. But, the best had to be the clubhouse heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs we enjoyed while it was snowing us all in. Property owner was incredibly responsive and worked with us when part of us our crew couldn't leave safely after over a feet of snow. The property was clean and had all we needed and then some! We would love to return to this location and recommend it to anyone.
